Christopher was amazing to work with. We loved the location because it was easy to get to the Newport but much quieter. Kitchen had everything we needed for meals

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this property! The hosts were communicative and flexible, and the property was very clean when we entered. The location was great - a quick walk with sidewalks to the beach, a few restaurants steps away, but still a quiet street and neighborhood.

This was a very nice house for our group - the kitchen was great for our chef and the backyard and sitting area was particularly good for relaxing in the late afternoon and early evening. The host was easy to work with and very responsive. Would definitely come back again.

Perfect location

Rented this house for an off-site work outing and it was perfect! Great location and layout for a small group. Accommodations are very clean and well stocked with everything you need. Highly recommend!!

Nice Getaway

The house was perfect for our our family and some friends who stayed with us over a weekend. The separate accommodations downstairs worked-out perfect for us. Location was great...easy to get everyone and magnificent walks to the beach and sanctuary's. Kitchen is small, but very functional. We had a great couple weeks.

Family getaway

We rented both units in this home for a multi-generational family vacation. It was an ideal setting with plenty of sleeping space and separate hang out spots for kids and adults. Owner was responsive and check-in/check-out could not have been easier. Location was fantastic. Easy drive to Newport, but not in the thick of seasonal traffic, and a walk to First (Easton’s) Beach. Great spot and hope to return!

Very good and timely communication with the host. House was clean and well stocked although could use more cooking tools. I think the listing of the basement bedrooms should include how small the bedroom with the trundle bed is as it was very tight for 2 adults. Overall good rental. Be aware of the excess charges (listed as taxes) once booked. An additional 3000 on a week rental was not expected.
