The main bedroom has a king and two twin beds with full bath, 2nd bedroom has a queen, 3rd has a queen and a twin and the 4th bedroom has a queen bed with full bath in hall.

The property is within walking distance to Cliff Walk, Newport’s Easton’s Beach and Middletown’s Sachuest Beach. This home is one to two miles from Bellevue Avenue mansions and Yachting Center and three miles from Newport Country Club, Bailey’s Beach, New York Yacht Club, Ida Lewis Yacht Club and Sail Newport.

This home is in a perfect location to be away from the hectic traffic yet close enough to Bellevue Avenue for mansions and shopping, America's Cup Avenue for wharf and yacht area, and nearby conveniences and many restaurants. It is located between two of the most beautiful beaches in RI, Newport's Easton's Beach and Middletown's Sachuest Beach. Newport is known as 'America's First Summer Resort,' and is the home of The International Tennis Hall of Fame, Newport Preservation Society and Newport Mansions, The Newport Jazz Festival, The Newport Music Festival and the Newport Film Festival. This home is close to Carnegie Abbey and Newport National, known for world class golfing.

Activities at your doorstep include swimming, surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, canoeing, & sunbathing on Newport's Easton's (1st) Beach. On the rocks to the left of the beach enjoy fishing and snorkeling. Easton's Beach has a playground & live weekly entertainment.

Middletown's Sachuest (2nd) Beach is just 1/2 mile away with the best surfing in Rhode Island. Families with young children will enjoy Middletown's third Beach with no waves and a boat ramp with windsurfing at the north end. We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully set up. It had everything we needed for our 14-month-old — a perfect crib, high chair, and plenty of baby-friendly supplies, which made traveling with a little one so much easier. The furnishings were comfortable and practical, and the location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend this place, especially for families with young kids!

Amazing stay in a fabulous location

The owner was very flexible with our check-in plans and the house was very clean, comfortable and included all the necessary amenities for a long weekend stay. We were 7 adults and two children, and house was great for kids too. Location to the beach was ideal and downtown Newport is a short uber ride away. Highly recommend and a very relaxing stay

I can’t say enough good things about this house and the owner. Amazing location for us given the marathon route when right by our driveway at the midpoint. Couldn’t have been any better and know this would be a perfect summertime spot. Very short walk to beach and dining options so park your car when you arrive and leave it until you check out.

Great house steps away from the beach

My family and I had a wonderful stay celebrating my sister's 50th bday. There was plenty of space for all 9 of us and the house was incredibly clean, plenty of towels to shower and the kitchen was fully stocked. I would definitely recommend staying here especially during the summer months since its so close to the beach. The check in process was super smooth and the hose was very responsive and accommodating. A+++.

I have lived on Easton's beach since I was born just down the street from this beachfront compound. My family lived in Providence and summered in Newport. When these lots went on the market, my husband and I bought them and built these three beautiful destination beach houses that I now rent as vacation homes for you to enjoy. I also live on the compound. It is one of the most beautiful spots on Aquidneck Island and in all of Rhode Island. We are continually updating, renovating and improving our beach homes for our guests, many of whom return year after year. I have equipped them with everything you will need for a great vacation on the beach, even in the winter with the cozy gas fireplaces. So book your week or weekend now before we sell out!

Why they chose this property

My whole family has lived here within a few blocks of each other since 1930, so the memories of my childhood surround me. Swimming and surfing at '1st Beach', exploring the rocks on the point, walking to the surf store, restaurants, and '2nd Beach', walking to St. George's School where all of my daughters were educated, and watching the amazing sunsets over the Cliff Walk and big surf have been a part of my life and I would not want to live anywhere else. This home is so close to the beach that you just walk out the door and you are on the sand or in the water in 50-100 steps depending on the tides! I have equipped them with everything you will need for a great vacation on the beach, even in the winter with the cozy gas fireplaces. The views are spectacular!

What makes this property unique

The Esplanade and Tuckerman Avenue area on Easton's Point is centrally located so that you are very close to downtown, both beaches, or Route 138 for a quick drive to Providence or Boston, but it is quiet and the scenery is gorgeous so that you feel as though you are at a resort on an island.
