Close to newport

The house was convientky close to Newport There were 6 adults with us plenty of space for everyone. Host was very responsive And accommodating.

Great find!

We had a super July 4th long weekend with our family of 8. Pictures are accurate, fabulous fenced in yard and excellent host response! 6 min from Sachuest beach and 12min from downtown Newport. Sweet Berry Farms and Custom House coffee are must!

Out of town family

Several great spots for togetherness. The downstairs pool table and tv was nice to pass the time. The upstairs loft was wonderful to sip and chat. The dining table was a good game table. The yard was well maintained for so we enjoyed the outdoor features during play time. The beautiful rocky beach was a just a few minutes walk. Altogether a wonderful, quite place to stay.

Great place for a family getaway!

Our family booked this property to celebrate my husbands 60th with a visit to Newport. We were a group of 8 adults. This home checked all our boxes! Close to everything, VERY well outfitted with all the amenities. Pool table was a hit even with my 77 year old parents! We enjoyed the fire pit at night as well as the outdoor deck. Excellent sleeping accommodations. Entire family, 20, 30 and 70 something’s all enjoyed this space. Had Uber eats delivered one evening and walking distance to the beach. Do not hesitate to book this home for your getaway. It was just perfect!

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

Three story beach house located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood a short walk from Pebble Beach. Stayed with my two daughters for a weekend and wish we were able to stay longer. Lisa, was wonderful to work with and responded to any questions promptly. The house was beautifully updated, clean and comfortable. We had a small group this time, but the house would be wonderful for a larger group; there is plenty of space to spread out and relax. The large deck was a great place to enjoy breakfast The other public beaches and the town of Newport is a short drive away. Can't wait to return for another "girls weekend".

Perfect in every way!

We had the best trip here! The house was spotless, check-in was seamless, and there was so much room for everyone. Having the yard, fire pit, and deck was a highlight for hanging out in the evenings. The pool table got plenty of use, and it was such a great hang-out spot. The beds in particular need their own shout-out. Two of the people on our trip checked the mattress tags because their bed was so comfy! Overall, the best place for a group trip. The (very pleasant) beach was so close by, and Newport was so easy to drive into on our evening out. The host was extremely responsive and kind. Thoughtful touches throughout the home, and beautifully stocked kitchen. Highly recommend staying here!!

Unhappy

List of items that need fixing: 1.) Closet door almost feel on my wife when she tried to open. 2.) Many light Bulbs burned out. 3.) No Towels, laundry not done. Items left in dryer and washing machine still wet! 4.) Not enough trash bags! 5.) Mold on upper deck handrail! 6.) No LP Propane, tank was left on! 7.) Low Water pressure in showers! The location was great! But there is no excuse for the above items. Mark

Great stay for a fun friends weekend away!

The property was great! Clean and really nicely decorated. Easy access to Newport restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Owner was communicative and friendly. Overall a great place to stay with a group of girlfriends for the weekend!

Fantastic!

The Dahlia house was perfect for my friends Bachelorette! Lisa was wonderful to communicate with and the place was spotless. Close to downtown Newport, the beach and it was able to fit a large group, couldn’t have been better.
