Nice, Cozy One Bedroom and One Bath condominium located walking distance to the The Village in Mammoth Lakes. Sleeps up to 4.One Queen bed in the bedroom with one queen futon style sofa that sleeps one person or two small kids in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen to help make this your home away from home. One Flat Screen TV, 1 DVD, CD in the Living Room. Wifi Internet access in unit. Streaming only. There is no cable in the condo. No Fireplace available at this time. The unit is all one level and you enter from the outside of the building after taking a half a flight of stairs from the driveway. There are two outdoor parking space available. Mammoth View Villas Recreation room has a nice reading area, ping pong table, year around spa. Coin-operated laundry facilities located in the common area near the office. COMPLIMENTARY INTERNET are provided, however NO REFUNDS will be given for connectivity problems or Internet failure. Amazing stay!

I’ve stayed in the complex before, and this unit did not disappoint per usual! Very spacious for 2 people and a short walk to the village gondola for skiing and getting to the restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

1 BR 1BA perfect for a couple. Location is walkable to village. Blue Line bus stops at top of driveway and takes you to Canyon lodge. Well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and some basic spices.

Clean and Great Location

I've stayed here multiple times. It's a great place. Very clean when you get in, they have coffee filters, and the bed is incredibly comfortable.

Easy access to the village gondola but cold

The condo is convenient for a ski trip since it's nearby the gondola in the village, however, someone can tell it's a very old condo that hasn't been renovated for quite a while. The main issue though is that the condo was extremely cold when we arrived and it took us almost 2 days to bring it to a normal temperature

Good location, decent place

Close to the village but probably longer than you want to be walking in ski boots and carrying your gear. The place was clean and had all the necessary items. The instructions did not mention we needed to put a permit for parking. We got a warning sticker which was pasted on the window of our vehicle saying it would be towed by 4pm. It look my partner 30 minutes to scrape off the warning sticker. The heat is also only in the living room so you’ll need to leave all doors open to get heat in the bedroom and bathroom and even then it was still a bit cold.

The location is excellent. Taking the blue line to and from canyon lodge was extremely convenient, even with younger kids and their gear! The walk to the village is quite short if you're not carrying gear, so it gives options if you want to eat out in the evening.We were a little concerned about the size of the condo for 4 people but it turned out just fine! The condo makes efficient use of the space. We were able to leave the futon extended as a bed the entire time for the kids and it didn't obstruct the way too much. I would probably look for something larger for 4 adults, but it works great for a family of 4 with kids that can share a smaller bed.We would definitely stay here again!

Snug Mountain Hideaway

The property was easily accessible and close to both town and outdoor experiences. It was clean, cozy, and comfortable--a perfect space for one or two people for a weekend getaway.

Great place stay for Mammoth Ski. Quiet community and plenty parking. Unit had everything we needed. Real rock shower walls/floor was unique. Easy check-in and check-out process. Yes would stay again.

Quaint and Cozy

This is the second time I have stayed here. It is close to the village, and has sufficient parking and they do a good job of plowing the complex and parking spots. The bed has a tempurpedic mattress, and is great on the back after skiing all day. I highly recommend this place.

Cute, cozy, awesome location

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a ski weekend and we loved it. It’s so great for a couple or small family. The location is super central, only a few minutes walk from mammoth village and the gondola and here’s a ski bus line that runs right by. Parking was included, the heater works great and so do all of the appliances. Check in and check out was so easy. We would absolutely stay here again.

Mammoth wedding stay

The space was perfect during my weekend stay in town for a wedding. It had all the amenities I wouldn’t have gotten with a hotel but with the same convenient location. I chose this space for my stay as an alternative to the Westin as they are right near one another.

Great location and amenities

The location is close to the village, gondola, bus stops, and canyon lodge. The room was nice and had everything in the description, just a little far from the hot tub/sauna so in winter it’s pretty much pointless. A little confusing to find the room. Overall, would recommend!

Solo ski adventure

The place was cute and clean. Perfect for one or two people. Great location to the Village with lots of restaurants and it was easy to catch the Gondola for skiing and the Apres Ski Party at Canyon Lodge. From the pictures there looks like there is a fireplace but it has been decommissioned. The heater works great so all was well. It was a great trip, the snow was perfect.

Rustic and Clean Appeal

The property was rustic and quaint and had that "cabin" feel to it. The water got hot very quickly and the big plus is the memory foam tempur-pedic mattress which allowed me to get some great sleep. Depending on where you want to go. it's about a 5-10-min walk to the village. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice location but pet odor

This was a very nice condo in a great location. My only complaint is the pet odor that got into our socks. Possibly the jute rug, but the odor was awful. Washer and dryer in the condo was great!

Great Location

The place was close to the village, which we wanted. It was clean but a little rough around the edges- rug and chair cushions added a nice touch after we found them stuffed under the blankets. The photos show a fire place but it was covered in sheet metal- to be fair the amenities do not say there is a fire place. The futon in the living room is not inviting. The bedroom and shower are amazing- great mattress and water pressure
