WELCOME TO PARIDISE!! Fully furnished condo that is walking distance to the beach features hurricane impact windows & doors. Corner unit plenty of natural sunlight, and tons of closet space. The Well-maintained building with only 12 units. Condo located 500 feet from the sea (between A1A and Riverside) Acess to beach next to Mariott hotel.
Full kitchen every thing you need, new furnishings, laundry room outside super clean.
Unit is on 1st floor. (no stairs)
No BBQ.
4 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas (in order), 1 small cooler. 6 Beach towels.
1 Parking on the side of the condo.
GeorgeTown is a very quiet.
Heated pool with rules to respect.
Option to rent 6 months or full time.
