Cozy apartment with lovely Intracoastal water views, a short walking distance to the beach.
Relax at the heated swimming pool overlooking the Intracoastal waterway.

Weekend Stay before Cruise

We had a lovely two night stay before leaving on our cruise. It was peaceful and entertaining watching all the boats go by in the canal from the pier, pool, and windows in the apartment. A short walk to the beach with nice chairs and an umbrella provided by the host. Comfortable bed and furniture. The host responded quickly and accommodated my allergies to fragrance and chemicals. She was also very gracious to let us return to retrieve a left item from the cleaning crew after check out.

Nice location on the intracoastal, great for watching yachts go by. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants. Appreciated the assigned parking space.

Pompano Beach

Beautiful view of intercoastal waterway. The passing boats on the waterway are amazing. Very nice neighbors and close to beach and restaurants. Good times!

Great spot on intercoastal

We had the rainiest week, unfortunately, but the condo had everything we needed and was in a great spot with a very nice warm pool and friendly fellow vacationers. Also short distance to the beach (walkable in about 5 minutes) and close to restaurants.. Easy check in and out and Monica quickly responsive. Thank you!

Condo on Intracoastal

We stayed in the condo for 6 days and enjoyed every moment. The condo was clean, comfortable and right on the Intracoastal. It had all the amenities we needed and more. Will definitely stay there again. The concierge Jack was very helpful and friendly. Thank you.

Nice location. lots of boat traffic to watch.

Our only negative was the presence of Jack hammers and cement work all day each day during our entire stay. They drained the pool the day we got there and it was out of order the entire stay. If the facility is fully functional it’s a nice place to stay and I’d stay there again.

Beautiful condo and wonderful host!

First off, Monica is an extremely attentive and gracious host. She went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you! Second, the condo is great! Very clean, excellent location, quiet, great pool and a short walk to the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the supplies were all you could want in the kitchen. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you Monica for everything!

Great Stay!

This was a great location to stay at. We initially looked at staying ocean facing but opted for this location instead, VERY happy with our choice and would totally recommend. It's a nice, quiet, clean condo and was perfect for my husband and I. Having an assigned parking spot made getting parked and unloaded very easy. We got there around 10pm, so that convenience was appreciated! The bed is a bit more firm than we are used to so that was a little different, just be prepared for that. The living space was comfortable and we loved having the pool right downstairs. We spent most of our time in the pool or on the loungers along the canal. We grilled dinner both nights we were there, which was super convenient. We would highly recommend this location and plan to return in the future!

Comfortable bed!

We stayed for 5 nights in unit 8 at the end of May. It was very quiet and peaceful. Our condo looked out onto the canal and pool area so was quite scenic. We used the pool twice and it was clean and refreshing and there were plenty of lawn chairs. Bring your own beach towels. Kitchen was small but functional. Bed was very comfortable. My only suggestion would be blackout blinds or curtains in the bedroom that would keep the light out better. We had a rental car so getting around was not a problem. But with no vehicle, it would be a bit of a walk to restaurants. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. It was a nice place to come back to at the end of each busy day. Would stay here again. :)

Disappointing Stay

Only booked this rental because of all the great reviews. This was not our experience. Tried calling and emailing the owner and management for 10 days after checking in before we got a response to an issue while staying here. We had already checked out and 4 days later got a response. This is not the type of service you expect while on vacation. Very disappointing.

Pros: Quiet, bed was so comfy, living room and kitchen updated. Good communication from Monica. Close to the beach. Location good. The condo offered beach gear. Linens were clean, in good condition and we had plenty.Cons: Much of the condo was filthy. I gave my feedback to Monica and she said she was there the day we left and didn’t see anything that was dirty. As can be seen by the pics, her response is unbelievable. I am also so confused as to how this condo continues to get excellent reviews. If there is an issue with our stays, I usually reach out to the host to give them a chance to correct the issue but the lack of concern on her part forced me to leave a negative review so future travelers know the reality before booking. I am hopeful that Monica just does a thorough cleaning and some repairs and the condo would be fine.
