This light and bright 1 bedroom 1 bath condo (sleeps 4) is located across the street from the ocean and the North Ocean Beach Park. Enjoy spending time on the beautiful beach with views of the Hillsboro Inlet and Lighthouse. Located across the street from the ocean and the North Ocean Beach Park in beautiful Pompano Beach, the Floranada building is located in a quiet area perfect for a relaxing vacation. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and a wheeled cooler. Additional property amenities include free cable and wifi, on-site laundry, and free parking space for 1 vehicle. We also offer a high speed internet, a 52” HGTV cable flat screen TV in the living room and a 32" TV in the bedroom. The condo offers a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, and table seating for 4. Relax on the comfortable king size bed after a day in the sun. The queen size sofa sleeper offers additional sleeping space. The bathroom is equipped with a soaking tub. We provide bed and bath linens for 4, and paper supplies for a week. The resort offers a luscious green garden and picnic area. Relax and enjoy your morning coffee on the 2nd floor veranda surrounded by palm trees and tropical flowers! Walk across the street to enjoy fresh seafood and music by the ocean!

You will need a vehicle to get there.
The Pompano Circuit is a free on-demand shuttle service to get you around the beach areas. You can use their app to request a pick up, or catch a ride at one of the service stops. Located nearby on Federal Hwy 1 are numerous restaurants and shops, as well as grocery stores. Take a drive on nearby Hillsboro Mile and visit Deerfield Beach, where you can stroll along on the boardwalk, enjoy dinner by the ocean and shop. Take a Water Taxi boat tour to explore the Intracostal and the Ft. Lauderdale area. Resort quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am and no parties or loud noise are permitted. One vehicle parking is allowed per apartment with parking pass. Ft. Lauderdale and Miami Beach are only a short 25-30 minutes drive on I 95S and offer great dining and entertainment. We are located 30 minutes north of the Ft. Lauderdale airport and 40 minutes south of the Palm Beach airport. The area offers the following activities for you pleasure and enjoyment:

Great room for 1-2 people and had everything needed for my trip. The location was pretty quiet, and beach was a short walk across down the road. The pool looked nice and was also pretty quiet but I didn’t really use it because TJ beach was right there. Communication with the owner was great. It’s close enough to lots of food options too. Great stay overall!

It was well kept and updated. The pool area was so nice with lots of chairs. We hit rainy weather, but there was a covered area out of the rain where we could sit and play cards. I would stay here again.

This condo was just as described. It was a two minute walk to the beach, well stocked with paper products and soap. The furnishings were nice and tasteful. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had about the condo.

Very clean, great location!

We stayed for 10 days. The unit was very well laid out and very clean and comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach and there are a couple restaurants right there. We did rent a car to make grocery runs, etc. There are no convenience stores nearby. There are Ubers and the Ride Circuit seems like a convenient way to get around if you do not have a vehicle.

The pool was ice cold for my 7 straight days and the unit was acceptable except the walls are so thin you can hear every conversation of your neighbors and more.

This was my first time staying at this property. I come to the Fort Lauderdale are several times a year and have stayed at many different properties. This is definitely one of my favorites! The location is excellent, on a quiet side street only a 3 minute walk to either the beach or the Intercoastal…..the interior is spotlessly clean and well decorated with everything you need for a pleasant stay!! The bed is super comfy as is the pull out couch in the living room! I really loved staying at this place and cannot wait to return! Thanks!!

Pompano Hideaway

Very comfortable get away near Kite Beach (one block away and easy walk) in Pompano Beach FL. Older unit in 2 story building with multiple units. Building is showing its age. Grounds and pool were immaculately maintained. Minor issues in room were mostly due to age of unit and not an inconvenience. Owner Neda was very attentive to our needs!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Pompano 6 years ago and here we are! The Hillsboro Inlet and Lighthouse, the sunrises on the beautiful quiet beach, watching the pelicans and the boats on the Intercostal, are some of the things that kept us coming back. The Floranada is a well maintained property in Pompano Beach with beautiful grounds and great amenities such as pool, deck, grills and lush greenery. It is located across from the public beach access and park, walking distance to the Hillsboro Inlet Park and shops, as well as the intracoastal water taxi. It is a nice quiet area without the hustle and bustle of a large resort, yet close to everything you need. We love it here and so will you!
