We invite you to discover our adorable house, a midcentury modern homestay perfect for beach lovers, boating enthusiasts and golfers! "Chez Jasmin" offers a retro vibe with all the comforts of a modern home, just 5 minutes from south Florida's most beautiful beaches!

Please note this is our home, not a commercial listing. Two bright bedrooms, renovated bathroom, screened-in patio / play room, & modern well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy our lush backyard with outdoor eating, BBQ, & 4-person hot tub!

LOW SEASON SPECIAL: $4100/month

Please ask us about our low season special running from May 1st to Nov 30th. We'll also continue to offer short-term / nightly rentals!

OUR HOME: Close to everything

The house is located in a picturesque neighborhood called Avalon Harbor, just steps from the Intracoastal, boat launch, waterfront park, and marina. We are a short walk or drive from Pompano's beautiful golf course and olympic-sized aquatic center! To get to the town's main beach, it's just a 5 minute drive, 8 minute bike ride (enjoyable!), or 30 minute walk.

LOCATION: Pompano Beach

Pompano Beach is a small and vibrant seaside resort town, full of fun places to visit! Great restaurants, lots of stores, parks, nightlife, boating, golf, and a 20 minute drive to Wilton Manors, the heart of LGBTQ+ life in Fort Lauderdale. But for us, the beach is the main attraction - one of the cleanest, prettiest, and most spacious beaches in all of Southeast Florida!

In addition to the beach, just minutes from the house lies a beautiful golf course, an aquatic center with olympic size pool, and a boat launch on the Intracoastal.

The house is conveniently located just across the way from two large shopping plazas that include Whole Foods, Publix, Lowe's, TJ Maxx, and Home Goods.

We offer a digital and hard copy guide book that contains suggestions for restaurants, bars, and other points of interest. We also provide business cards and coupons for local businesses! We love to support the community around us and encourage our guests to do the same!

- No pets
- No scents (owners have severe allergies)
- No shoes inside house (we have some cosy and beautiful handwoven rugs for your bare feet to enjoy!)
