Fijne locatie, sfeervol appartement naast het operagebouw midden in de oude binnenstad. 4e etage beklimnen via oude maar verlichte trapportaal is wel een ding als je slecht ter been. Maar goed voor de beweging en coordinatie. Vriendelijke eigenaar die ons hielp met het wat stroeve slot. De afvoer van de wastafel in de badkamer lekte flink. We hebben fotos hiervan naar de eigenaar gestuurd. Hier werd niet op gereageerd tot onze verbazing. Douche, keuken, slaapkamer oké.

Appartement sale Ă  notre arrivĂ©e, le mĂ©nage n'avait pas Ă©tĂ© fait. Il y aussi une forte odeur d'Ă©gout qui arrive de la salle de bain et mĂȘme en laissant la porte de la salle de bain fermĂ©e, ça sent mauvais dans tout l'appartement. Le canapĂ©-lit grince beaucoup donc quand l'un de nous bouge un peu dans son sommeil l'autre est de suite rĂ©veillĂ©. Des Ă©tagĂšres et porte serviette menacent de se dĂ©crocher du mur, la vaisselle dans les placards est sale, on ose Ă  peine s'assoir sur les tabourets, etc etc.Dommage car sinon le logement est trĂšs bien situĂ©, grand et bien agencĂ© (avec une chambre sĂ©parĂ©e).Le propriĂ©taire nous a remboursĂ© 75 euros en guise de dĂ©dommagement.

Das Appartement war so weit o.k., nett eingerichtet. Aber uns war nicht klar, dass es im 4. Stock liegt. Über das baufĂ€llige Treppenhaus war ich schockiert, mit so etwas hĂ€tte ich nicht gerechnet (auf keinen Fall etwas fĂŒr Ă€ltere Personen und Personen mit Handicap).
