Looking for the perfect spot for your vacation? Look no further than this three-bedroom, three full bathroom town home located in the private gated community of Pinewild. Enjoy the use of the private beach, activities and tennis courts offered to its guests. With just a very short walk over to the beach, you’ll have your own designated spot to use as well as the use of our Kayak and Stand Up Paddle Board during your stay. Come enjoy the 4th of July festivities here and get your front row seat on the beach today!

This property is also ideally situated within minutes to the summertime activities of Zephyr Cove Resort or the winter fun at Heavenly Mountain Resort. Combined with fabulous dining, casino gaming, shopping and entertainment, your Lake Tahoe vacation will be one to remember.

* 5 night minimum stays required during July and August.

* Just as many homes here in Tahoe, this home does Not offer A/C.

* Rental Agreement Needs to Be Completed Within 24hrs of Reserving.

Loved this property!

Everything about the property and location was perfect for our Tahoe vacation. Clean, easy beach access, great neighbors, loved the extra security for safety during a busy holiday, easy to check in and out. The unit had everything we needed, even extra beach chairs, umbrellas and we loved using the the kayak and SUP!

Excellent location with a private beach. 5 min to SLT with a Safeway close by. Private beach is beautiful and clean. Secure location inside a gated community. 5/5 stars. Security deposit received less than a week after checkout. Highly recommend

Beautifully Decorated Home with Dry Air and issues with receiving Security Deposit

The house is modern and well kept, with cool amenities including motorized window shades and bidets. 10/10 on the houses appearance and functionality. The main drawback with the house is the how dry the air is! Maybe it was the time of the year but every day we’d wake up with dry nostrils and throat. I’d suggest putting humidifiers in the rooms and throughout the house. Lastly, the check in process was pretty good. The directions could’ve been better for how to find the unit, but once we found the unit, getting the keys and entering the unit was easy. Checking out and receiving the security deposit was a bummer, though. The rental agreement says you get your refund deposited in your account up to 3-weeks after check out. I’m now going on Week 4 and have yet to have the deposit refunded in my account, although they’ve already issued an email confirming the refund amount. I got tired of waiting and instead went to my bank directly to dispute the transaction and force the refund. Companies are so quick to take your money but take forever to give it back.

Our family stayed at this house over the Memorial day weekend and enjoyed our stay. We had two teenagers and two grandparents in our group and everyone felt they had enough space.

The home was cozy and comfy, especially with the fire place (that's SO easy to light)!! The home was spotless when we arrived. The only issue was the heat. It is really warm in the master bedroom so I suggest keep the heat low and use the fan that is offered in the closet! Other than that, we really enjoyed the home and would rent it in the future! The general condition of the property was covered in snow so I cannot give it a five star or I could because it was a beautiful winter wonderland!!The properties location was approximately 10 minutes to Heavenly Valley, which was perfect!! Overall, I would suggest this property! It has a perfect modern charm in a mountain setting!

Reviewer Comments: Very clean apartment, convenient close to lake and Heavenly ski resort. Check in/out were very easy. During our stay, one of the sink was not working properly but the management got it fixed the same day. We wish the place is a bit more cozy and family friendly by providing some family board games. The apartment community road was a bit slippery and our car stuck a few times and rescued by the neighors. Wish there were some ways to keep the path safer to drive.

Reviewer Comments: Nice unit and location but be warned to make sure to inspect and take detailed photos upon entering and leaving of any damage to property especially any scratches on floors. We were accused of scratching floor and are certain we did not do this damage but had no proof. Cleaning crew found scratches and we were charged $$$$ and management slow in getting repair cost so accidental damage insurance could cover.

Lots of fun!

We really enjoyed using the paddle board and kayak! We didn’t leave the property much, we spent quite a bit of time on the beach and on the water. We ate many meals on the deck! The unit does not have AC so we left the windows open at night. . . I would suggest having a few fans available in the rooms. . . We traveled with small children and the place was still pretty warm when we put them to bed! Thank you for sharing your home with us! Lake Tahoe is beautiful 🥰

Few basic kitchen items were not available (whisk, 8 x 8 pan, tea strainer). Also, the HOA requires a very specific type of umbrella for the beach. The one provided is for a patio and not for the beach. Would recommend the owners provide at least 2 hoa approved umbrellas for guests to use. would be nice to see an electronic keyless lock on the door so we don't have to keep track of keys all the time. would be nice to know how to work the fancy toilets. they seemed to turn on and do things all the time and we didn't know how to turn them off so they weren't wasting energy. minor things, but overall a wonderful stay.

Not as expected

The pictures looks much better than the actual property. There were few issues that we have experience. Temperature control problems ( one room was too hot the other room was freezing we had to leave the bedroom door open in order to get hit from outside. The doors are so loud and squeaky. The pots and pan are very cheap quality and warn out. The instruction to drop the keys are very confusing and unclear. Overall the price is not worth the value of the property. I had higher expectations. I think is better to stay at a hotel for this amount of money.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at Pinwild 64! The house is immaculate with wonderful beds and soft towels. The beach was perfect. EVERYTHING is upgraded and new. Really hard to find these days with a rental, but this has it all. We loved the automatic blinds and the huge tvs. The only suggestion I would make is that some of the features were pretty high tech and more of an in-house operations manual would be great - for TVs and dishwasher especially. However, the rental staff was very quick to help us out so there were no problems. I love staying on the Nevada traffic jams compared to what you get over on the California side. Much easier to get back and forth to the casinos. :)
