Renter and Guests shall not create excessive noise as to disturb the neighbors. Please observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am

Amazing 3 story house with 4 bedrooms, two different living areas, beautiful balcony and patio areas. We couldn’t believe how close to the lake we were. We enjoyed all the amenities in the kitchen and overall felt like the place needed a deep clean but beside that we loved the location, the condo complex and tennis courts, and being lakeside of course. Wonderful location

Dougs place is well stocked and the views can't be beat. The beds were comfortable and the condo has lots of space. The views of the lake are spectacular. You can sit on the balcony and be lulled to sleep by the sound of the water. If you are looking for a quiet place with great views i highly recommend.

Very few homes offer walk-out beach front homes with sweeping views of almost all of Lake Tahoe. One mile from Tahoe City, only a few minutes from the ski slopes, and with the Lake literally at your finger (and toe!) tips….why wouldn’t you?
