Welcome to Tahoe Beachfront Retreat #2! Located in Kings Beach, just west of the King's Beach State Park, this three bedroom, three bath condo offers luxury amenities and stunning Tahoe views.

Enter the property on the ground level and main bedroom space. On the ground floor two bedrooms are offered; a kid's bedroom with two twin beds and a second master bedroom with queen comforts and an en suite bath with a stand-up shower. Between the two bedrooms, a shared bath with a stand-up shower is available.

Journey up the stairs to the main great room space. We love the decor at this property! Clean finishes, high vaulted ceilings, and muted colors complement the gorgeous Tahoe view from the great room windows. The kitchen is equipped with a stunning granite island and breakfast bar for three, high end stainless steel appliances, and a fully stocked kitchen for your culinary needs. The main living area boasts amazing unobstructed views of Tahoe and large TV with streaming (gas fireplaces not available). Floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors exit to a second-floor balcony deck furnished with dining for four, outdoor living space, and natural gas grill.

The master bedroom is located on the third floor and is spacious, open and bright with a full wall of windows with spectacular views. It's furnished with king size comforts, smart tv with streaming capabilities, and a walk in closet. A luxury en suite bath offers double vanity sinks, stand up shower, step in oversize tub, and separate WC.

Rounding out this dream vacation space is two dedicated parking spaces (sorry, no extra parking is available) and a roped-off private beach area for the complex that offers communal lounge chairs and grills. This home is set one unit back from the beach and offers stunning open views of the lake and surrounding Sierras.

We love this location for year-round fun! In the summer enjoy the best beach in North Lake Tahoe just steps away with watercraft rentals at your doorstep. In the winter enjoy the close proximity to Northstar (10 minutes) or Alpine/Squaw (25 minutes). Explore the variety of shops and restaurants just a short walk away.

Please remember that living in the mountains and staying in a private home means that there are some things we cannot control. For example, weather and harsh conditions have knocked out Wifi and the power before. While these instances are rare, we please ask that you are patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis.
