Great property for a group vacation! Amazing location! Kitchen was pleasantly appointed with a good selection of cookware and such, high quality furnishings and decor, bedding and towels were nice, appliances worked well. The microwave and toaster blew a breaker when used at the same time, so we just moved the toaster.

This cozy and beautifully decorated home was well stocked and had everything we needed and more for an enjoyable vacation. The host quickly resolved an issue with ease. We loved the fantastic deck for morning coffee, family meals, and evening stargazing.

Our stay here 9/5-9/12 was absolutely fabulous! Our family came together to vacation and spend quality time with my 94yr-old grandmother. The casita was a perfect space for her, as she uses a walker, is unable to tackle stairs, and requires a walk-in shower. This house is beautifully presented, thoughtfully laid out, and well-stocked to accommodate all cooking/laundry/beach towel needs. We enjoyed the use of the paddle boards, grill and kayak for sure. The picturesque view of the lake from the massive window in the kitchen was heavenly! Communications with the host were excellent and clear. We experienced no issues during our stay.-The Thomas Family

Absolute gem on the lake!

What an amazing place to stay. The cabin and cottage are beautifully decorated and supplied with everything a family needs to enjoy their stay.

Great stay at the Beach Haven Lakefront

We had an amazing Tahoe trip staying at this property. We've taken an annual summer trip to Tahoe for many decades, and this was our favorite place we've ever stayed. We are interested in renting it again next year around the same time if the new home owners are planning to rent it out.

Beautiful everything

The property location is perfect. The home is absolutely beautiful as well as the view. I love that it had a cozy, perfect guest house. The home was well equipped for anything you might need to make your stay enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

Perfect beach vacation

The house was everything we had hoped. We had babies so the sand beach was a key item, and they could nap inside and family never had to leave the beach. Quiet street but close proximity to ice cream, sand volleyball, and restaurants. Tahoe getaways was very accessible to answer any questions or concerns. Hope to be back next year!

House was clean, kitchen well equipped, beds were comfortable & the 2 video games were great for the kids and adults! Exactly as advertised...parking was tight if you have 2 large cars, but enough room to fit 2 safely off the street.

Our family had a wonderful week-long stay over the 4th of July holiday. Communication with Tahoe Getaways was very good. We had to call for a vacuum and broom, but it was delivered promptly. It was otherwise well stocked. The home was spacious, clean, and had an adorable guest house with plenty of parking for our large group. The home is walking distance to many lunch spots, ice cream, mini golf, and the public beach park with a playground. Unfortunately, we didn't get to utilize the private mooring ball for our boat as advertised due to an undisclosed agreement with another boat owner. However, the private beach, paddle boards, and kayak provided endless summer fun for our kiddos. The wood-burning fireplace was cozy for the chilly mornings while watching Wimbledon. The propane grill was delivering delicious yums all weekend. And, it's always such a blessing to fall asleep to the sound of the lake. Thank you, again!

A wonderful place

Overall, it was a perfect place for my friends and I to vacation together and enjoy the beach, great house ammenities, and walks to adjacent kings beach and downtown. Relaxing on the deck overseeing the lake & mountains was magical and endlessly entertaining. Its a quiet and safe neighborhood; we would go on evening walks too. It was great for a small group of 4-5 women. We even saw a large black bear on the beach, safely from a distance, which was exciting.

Cozy Lake Front Rental

This cozy rental lake front of Lake Tahoe was perfect for our group of 8 to celebrate my husband and I's wedding week during spring break! Our kids and family got to experience Tahoe upfront and fall in love with it just like I did as a little girl. Now this is now Truckee that I'm used to, but let me tell you this space/views in Kings Beach were worth it. We had ample space to spread out throughout the week, warm up during the cold windy nights with an indoor fire, and over all create so many memories. Tahoe Getaways we're always a quick phone call or text away to help with anything we needed. From clearing the best bin for trash pick-up to helping us extend check-out the day of due to delayed flights - I couldn't rave about them more. We'll definitely be renting this or another house our next visit.
