Palisades and Alpine Meadows are 25 minutes by car. The North Shore also boasts wonderful lakefront dining and a variety of nightlife including the casinos which are just a few minutes drive away. From the condo complex it is an easy 5 minute walk into the small mountain community of Kings Beach for shopping or dining.

* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
* Parking is guaranteed for 1 car. Guest spaces throughout complex. All cars must park in designated spaces. No street parking per county ordinance.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
*Renters must be 25+
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults
*This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
