Trash needs to be bagged and locked in bear box. Trash pickup service will not pick up anything not in a bag so please be sure to bag both trash and recyclables. Bags provided.

Wonderful stay

We loved staying in this beautiful cabin! The beds were all very comfortable and the house was very clean and organized. The large kitchen and dining area was perfect for our group and we really liked that the backyard was fenced in. The hosts were very communicative and accommodating and made the check in process easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Winter Retreat

My husband and I took our daughters and dog to visit the snow for the first time with our close friends and stayed at Andrew and Nicole’s beautiful Lakeview home.From finding the house, to the check in, our visit and check out communication was smooth and we never had to wait for a response. The location was perfect, the house was clean and the beds were comfortable; which often is not the case in a STR. We are hoping to make this an annual or bi-annual trip and would come back to this home in a heartbeat if it’s available. You can't go wrong booking this home

Updated Tahoe house in a great location

Our family of 6 had a great stay over Fourth of July weekend. The house was clean, updated, comfortable, great location, walking distance to Carnelian Bay beach and nearby restaurants, kitchen was well equipped and there is a nice bbq on the deck. Also the hot tub with a lake view was a plus. This house had it all. The best part was that it was dog friendly but was not run down (except for the couches in the family room but not a big deal). There is a nice place to walk the dogs in the neighborhood behind the house. Only down side from the location is all the traffic noise from the street (but could also be louder than usual given it was Fourth of July weekend) . We would definitely stay here again. Great house and location.

Not your average property!

Warning! A five-star scale is not enough for this one. The quality of accommodation, size of space, views of the lake, proximity to retail/groceries and resorts, are all over the top. Not sure what the recent upgrades were, but it felt like a luxury hotel. Plus two levels means noisy teenagers downstairs, and laid back adults above.Peak rate are obviously in effect around Tahoe, but we would book this one again.
