Great place to stay, full amenities, right across the street from the lake, and a very quiet neighborhood. The next time I’m heading to Lake Tahoe I would definitely check to see if this property was available first before looking anywhere else.The host is very communicative and helpful as well!

Perfect weekend away!

The house was exactly as pictured and so comfortable. The kitchen is really well stocked which made it easy to make ourselves at home. Easy check in and check out - hope to come back next summer!

Highly recommended property!

Had an excellent stay with my family for a weekend. Amazing views of the lake, with the best amenities for a comfortable and fun retreat. Hosts are very friendly, accommodating and fast communicators. 10/10.

Very nice. A few broken items…shades,door knob but did not affect our visit. Only drawback is location on a busy curve. Tricky to cross the street and exit driveway.Overall loved the place. Lots of nice amenities and great views.

Even better than it looks, the perfect getaway!

The property is even more beautiful than the photos can capture. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need. It’s within walking distance of two beautiful beaches (ant least one is dog friendly) and perfectly located between many dining options. It was the perfect place for my wife and our dog to getaway for the weekend. It has a fully enclosed dog run and was quiet enough not to bother the pup. We will definitely be back!

Our family of six (plus our black Labrador) had an absolutely wonderful stay at Vista Azul. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with every amenity we could possibly need, truly making it feel like a home away from home. The views of the lake were breathtaking and made every morning and evening feel special.Communication with the hosts, Tim and Howaida, was exceptional. They were warm, responsive, and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, which made the entire experience feel effortless and welcoming.The home was exactly as advertised (if not better) with stunning views and a perfect location. It’s conveniently close to Lake Tahoe, Northstar California Resort, Safeway, and tons of great food and restaurant options nearby.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend Vista Azul to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, beautifully located getaway with incredible views and outstanding hosts!

Lovely light-filled, great location

We had a lovely weekend with our family of 5 at this pet friendly home. There was an initial unfortunate mix-up with the cleaning crew that could have ruined our visit -- but Tim quickly made the situation right and turned our visit around. The location is great, close to a beach and also Kings Beach and Tahoe City. We brought our dog and were looking for a place that while pet friendly was also carpet free and clean, as my husband and daughter have allergies to some other types of dogs. But no issue. We hope to be back soon!
