Welcome to Brooke’s Lakeview Villa – a sun-drenched sanctuary in the heart of Dollar Point. Perched high on a sunny corner lot, this well-designed 5-bedroom home offers breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe from nearly every room.

The heart of the home is the expansive great room, featuring soaring vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that bathe the space in natural light. Cozy up by the grand floor-to-ceiling rock fireplace or head out to the top-floor deck to BBQ and soak in the scenery from a comfortable lounge chair. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to gourmet dinners.

Designed for privacy and comfort, each of the five spacious bedrooms features its own private deck access. The primary suite is a true retreat, boasting a massive ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.

31+ Night Stays: Renters staying for 31 nights or more gain access to Dollar Point recreation (beach, pool, tennis, and playground). This requires a signed lease, a $5,000 deposit, and a $50 fee.

Great place!

The home is perfect for a family - a lovely great room/living room, with ample space, and a huge deck. The pictures on the listing don't show how great the views are! Saw some posts about wifi not working, but it worked just fine for us. Lovely community setting, and close to town. A great place!

Great house and location

This house is very spacious, with a great view and a location that worked well for our stay. There were some minor maintenance issues that should be addressed but did not really take away from our experience. WiFi is quite slow so don't rely on it for your plans.

The only good thing about this property it a good Location, in the rest we did not have the best experience, very old house with old supplies, dirty floors, dirty walls .We did not used the plates cups or forks so old and Cracked so obviously there was more garbage left than the property Management expect, they keept 220$ from deposit, I did not recommend this place

We arrived and the garage was open, the house wasn’t that clean, things were a mess in the drawers. Sheets were stained, one room had a bra still in the room from the previous renters. The toilets didn’t flush unless you held down for 15 seconds, the water temperature changed constantly when showering in multiple showers. There were no beach chairs or beach towels. Multiple outlets didn’t work. Not enough seating for the deck outside for our entire group. Mismatched furniture that was filthy. For the amount spent on this rental we excepted much more than we got.

Disappointing Management

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house itself is a great house, BUT our experience with the management company was unacceptable. In the Primary BR the sheets did not fit the bed. No instructions for TV or thermostat. Monday of the second week, internet and TV went out and remained so for the remainder of stay. Come to find out, it had been terminated with no consideration for us as renters, following AT LEAST 5-6 calls thata were never returned. Only on the last day did we finally reached someone who finally admitted that the house was closing excrow that day. NONE of this was ever explained. We will NEVER rent from this company again. Minimal outdoor deck furniture, filthy entry and deck which we cleaned and it stayed that way for nearly our 2 week stay.

The renters were in constant contact with our office, there was an cable/internet outage that fired the cable box and modem, to no avail we tried getting new equipment from the service provider. The cleaners were immediately sent back out to sort out the sheets and clean the patio. We were very forthcoming about the house going through escrow when the renters first checked in.

Beware the Management company.

Upon arrival, bedsheets were wrong, one bedside lamp simply did not work, and the TV was unworkable with no explanation of how to work it. Mgt did come out to show us the TV and the thermostat operation (could have had directions in the welcome book) and explained that the wrong sheets on the master bed had been an ongoing problem??? We finally found King sheets in a laundry room closet and Mgt. did send someone to put them on. The paper products (toilet/paper towels) were vastly insufficient for a two week stay, and several lightbulbs were out when we arrived. It happened to be hot and the two (inexpensive) box fans provided, as well as the MBR ceiling fan were so noisy as to not be useable. Finally, the area internet / TV service failed on Monday AM, and while most of the area had it restored by Monday PM, ours was never attended to for four days. We finally found out the house was sold and escrow was closing Friday, our final day, and O'Neal Management had not even called anyone to restore it. We were lied to about this for four days when a simple explanation or apology would have gone a long way. We will investigate the management company before booking in the future. We don't blame VRBO except that periodic review of the management company might be valuable.

Great house - beautiful views, a well stocked kitchen, and very clean. We had a couple of little questions and the host was extremely responsive. Would definitely book this one again!

Incredibly comfortable stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had stayed here with some friends for the weekend after my wedding and this place exceeded expectations as a stress free stay. Initially I had some issues with the lockbox for the key and I called customer service. I was expecting a long wait time but my call was answered within 5 seconds. The rep ended up having a solution immediately. I will say this area is much more residential than I assumed. The people who live in the surrounding houses all follow the same set of rules. The property listing does say “Quiet Time after 9PM” and that’s not a recommendation - It’s 100% a requirement. The entire area is completely silent and you can hear everything outside. The neighbors are much more friendly than I expected. Some even start conversations and give advice on the basic stuff with staying in this neighborhood - like bear boxes. Not sure what happened with the bear box, but there was trash in a large area around the house. The next door neighbor came over and helped pick up the trash.All in all, I was impressed by this house. It was clean and spacious. What set this place apart was the available customer service and the neighborhood (something you don’t get from other places). This would be a perfect place for a family or a max 10 person group.

Sisters and Husbands Golf Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose this house for the spaciousness and view. Reviews were pretty good until a few right before we were supposed to go, which had us turned out that those bad reviews were nothing like our experience. The property was well represented on the site and we got what we expected. Furnishing were older but the house was clean, the kitchen was well furnished with everything we needed to prepare and serve our meals.The view from the deck was wonderful and we spent a great deal of time out there, whether it was with a book and coffee in the morning or appetizers and wine in the late afternoon. There were golf courses within reasonable drive and plenty of great restaurants very close by. We had no need to deal with the manager as we had no problems during our three night stay. The only two negatives for us were that the beds were not comfortable (too soft) and, since the house sleeps ten, it would have been nice to have more furniture on the deck to accommodate everyone.

Great location with beautiful lake view

The house was perfectly located with views of the lake from most rooms. The location is great and house is nicely furnished. It has plenty of room for our party of 8. Although it is a bit dated, it’s fully loaded with almost everything you needed for a short stay. Communication was through messaging only. Checkin and check out was straightforward. Response from the management during our stay was timely. We did have some issue with getting deposit back but it was since resolved. We enjoyed our stay very much. We will go back next time.
