This large family home will suit you and your group perfectly. The entire home has been remodeled and designed to ensure you and your guests have the space and functionality of a high end home. The open concept kitchen, living room, and dining space allows for everyone to enjoy their vacation and be together to create new memories to last a lifetime!

Location: Our home is centrally located on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe just 2 miles North of Tahoe City in the Dollar Point community. It is only a few blocks from the Tahoe City paved trail system and the XC Nordic Center. It is less than 30 minutes to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Homewood, Northstar, and casinos.

Parking: There is available parking for 1 car in the garage, and 3 cars in the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.

Other things to Note:
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

*Renters must be 25+
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults

Friends Trip to Observation Point

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in the home. It was as advertised. They had the basic supplies (soaps, towels, etc) in the house for us. It was clean and an overall great property. I would highly recommend staying here. Additionally the Tahoe Rental Company staff was kind and easy to get in touch with. 10/10!

Clean comfortable home in nice neighborhood

We enjoyed this rental. Nice location close to Tahoe City. Good neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Liked the kitchen. Could use more and larger coffee cups and was expecting shampoo. Would definitely rent this home again.
