If you’re looking for a charming private Tahoe setting which is also close to restaurants, grocery store and conveniences this 4 bedroom, 2 bath cabin with a hot tub is for you! The property is .3 of mile from the Sunnyside Resort located on a private cul-de-sac with vacant lots on either side (Tahoe Conservancy Lots) which afford privacy and magnificent lake views from almost every room in the house. As you drive up the driveway from the street you will arrive at a large parking pad in front of the house that provides off street parking for 4-5 cars and a level entrance into the main floor of the cabin.

JUNE-SEPTEMBER- Sit on the large wraparound deck or in the hot tub and enjoy privacy and sunshine all day. Walk 1/3 mile to the private Tahoe Park Homeowners Beach and the famous Sunnyside Resort. The Tahoe Park beach provides a half mile of lake front with two piers , a buoy field, swim area, lawns, BBQ's, picnic tables, basketball court, volleyball court, horseshoe pit and kayak storage. Reserve a picnic table or buoy with the friendly staff. Convenient bike and hiking trails to nearby Paige Meadows from the property.

NOVEMBER-APRIL- Enjoy the lake views as you warm your feet in the cozy living room in front of the floor to ceiling fireplace. Sit in the deluxe hot tub after a day on the slopes. For ski enthusiasts the Homewood, Alpine Meadows, and Squaw Valley ski resorts are less than 15 minutes away. Convenient garage access is available for storing ski equipment, wake boards, beach equipment, etc.

Friends weekend

We have been coming to the Northwest side of Tahoe for a girls weekend for many years. This cabin was the best one we have stayed in! The view was amazing. The best was the wrap around porch with new comfortable furniture. We loved eating meals and having our morning coffee outside with that view. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The HOA beach was a plus and easy to get to. We will be coming back next year!!

Perfect Lake Tahoe vacation home

The property is every bit as nice and spacious as pictured! And the view is spectacular!!! It’s wonderfully decorated to give it a cozy, comfortable cabin feel. We absolutely loved our stay here!

Great vacation rental!

We rented this place for our family reunion and everyone in our party enjoyed our visit. The house has great amenities, is in a good location central to many attractions for all ages, and the view of the lake is awesome. I would recommend this property and stay here again!

Great place for a family get together

Our family spent a weekend at the house. All of the different rooms and configurations made it comfortable for all of us. Owner was very nice and communicative. Really wonderful weekend for all!

Perfect Summer Getaway

I chose this property for our family vacation for the views and proximity to all the things we love to do on the North Shore and it did not disappoint! As soon as you get out of your car you can see the glorious glimmer of the lake. The house is tastefully decorated and welcoming. Each bedroom has a restful vibe and is a quiet place to get away from the group. Enjoying coffee every morning on the wraparound porch while taking in the sounds and scenery of nature was just what I needed from this vacation and it was perfect! Can’t wait to book another trip t!lake.

Great Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the great views from the wrap around deck. The location is perfect with easy access to the bike path and Sunnyside. We also enjoyed using the HOA beach. We look forward to coming back.

Overall a great stay

We stayed here for a weekend in May and were very happy with the experience. Check-in was easy, Mark was very flexible with our check out time and also answered our questions throughout the weekend. The location was perfect! It was close to everything and we even got a recommendation for a boat tour from Mark which worked out great for the group. Overall, highly recommend!

Cozy, clean & close

Cabin was just what we were looking for- walking distance to the lake, great outdoor space with views, kitchen with all the fixins and a hot tub. It was just the right amount of cozy for our party of 9. West shore is beautiful! Highly recommend.

Idyllic family fun.

Your property looks better in person than on line. The 2 bedrooms and main living area were great because no stairs needed. We loved just sitting on the porch enjoying the view.

Ski Trip

The living room is cozy and comfortable for all with view of lake and fireplace. Nine of us played games and had one nice dinner in. Walking distance to lake and West Shore Market & Deli. Close enough to Northstar. Close to Gar Woods too! Mark very easy to communicate with and accommodating!

Clean and Cozy

The house had a fully supplied kitchen. All the utensils and pots and pans for preparing a family meal. Outside grill and Hot Tub worked great. Clear instructions for arrival and departure. We would definitely recommend this property

Awesome Location

Great view from the deck and family room. Two families of 4 stayed very comfortably. We loved the location- close to Tahoe City, Sunnyside, wonderful HOA, close to Chambers and all the places we love in Tahoe. We really want to come back and my 22 year old and 18 year old agree! I got up every morning at 5:30 am and enjoyed the view.

Relaxing retreat

We loved our stay here and will be back. The layout was excellent for two families (note that there’s no bathroom downstairs - not a problem for kids, but possibly challenging for older folks). The kitchen was stocked incredibly well with cookware, spices, cooking oils, cling wrap, etc. easily available. Mark was fully responsive and very helpful when we were looking for extra bedding. The location gave easy proximity to Tahoe City, Granlibakken and west shore hikes. We’ll be back!

Great Great House

This house was absolutely perfect. What gorgeous views from this house. This house also has great parking and the access to get into the main floor of the house. It is perfect if you have someone challenged by stairs. Which we did. The host Mark was great. Thank you very much. I would definitely rent your place if we go back to Tahoe.

Amazing property!

This property exceeded my expectations! Everything was absolutely perfect. Very spacious home with a lot of sleeps. The best thing about this property was the deck!! I did not expect to love it so much. Most of our time we spent on the deck enjoying the breath-taking view. The property is very well-maintained. Definitely would recommend this property to anyone, and I'm sure I will be back myself!

Family Thanksgiving Vacation

Our group of 7 spent a long Thanksgiving weekend at Mark's vacation home and it was a wonderful experience. The house was much more spacious than the photos convey, yet it still had a warm and cozy feeling inside. The view of the lake from the living room and kitchen is wonderful and we enjoyed each mood that was set as the light changed over the water. We were in town for Thanksgiving, so we were very happy to find that the kitchen was well-stocked with appliances and cookware. We brought a few odds and ends for the turkey, but everything you need to enjoy your stay can be found right in the house. The hot tub was clean and well kept, perfect for relaxing in day and night. With only two bathrooms, it was a bit of a stretch for our group of 7, however this wasn't a major detraction. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed there from July 7 to 14, 2012. Plus: good lake view , good deck area, well supplied kitchen, adequate parking area, use of park and beach area by lake. Minus: two downstairs bedrooms have no bath, must go upstairs; air circulation in living area is limited; driveway up to house is relatively steep. Owner refused to return security deposit. Upon arrival a pleated blind in living area was drooping on one side so I tied it up and later emailed owner, as a courtesy, of the need for maintenance. He then charged me $190 to replace the blind. Owner also claimed need to shampoo entire carpeted area of house, even though 3/4 of carpeted area was little used bedrooms. Also charged me for cleaning 2 chairs, couch, stairs and scotch guard application. Suggest future renters document conditions on arrival and departure and call owner when problems are first detected.
