Single storey house of 80 m2, in an old farmhouse completely renovated in 2013, comprising:

- a large living room under cathedral ceiling with
   living room, dining room, TV + DVD player, sofa bed
   convertible 2 places,

- an open and equipped kitchen with gas stove, oven
  microwave, fridge and freezer,

- Two bedrooms with 1 bed 140 and 2 beds 90,

- A bathroom with shower

- garden and terrace with lounge and barbecue.

Very quiet and relaxing place

- 550 € / week in July and August
- 450 € / week the rest of the year

Nice house i a great region

This house in the Vendee is really great to stay and from there explore the lovely region. Different great beaches at a 20 min drive, some nice towns nearby. The house provides all the comfort you need for a relaxing holliday. And contact with the very friendly owner is very easy Thank you for the hospitallity!

Die Lage ist sehr geeignet, um AusflĂŒge zu machen, sei es bis Nantes, sei es an die KĂŒste. Was das Haus selbst betrifft, so hat uns die Lage sehr begeistert, das große GrundstĂŒck und die Ruhe waren wirklich sehr wohltuend. So waren wir fĂŒr uns und hatten genug Freiraum. Im Haus selbst gefĂ€llt uns, dass insbesondere der Wohnraum mit seiner Höhe großzĂŒgiger ist als gedacht. Die Ausstattung finden wir insgesamt in Ordnung. Allerdings gibt es tatsĂ€chlich zwei Dinge, die uns recht beeintrĂ€chtigt haben. Zum einen ist die QualitĂ€t der Betten, vor allem der Lattenroste (sehr instabil) und der Matratzen (sehr dĂŒnn), fĂŒr uns nicht ausreichend gewesen. Zum anderen herrscht ein unangenehmer Geruch im Haus, Ur von den SchrĂ€nken. Die Duftspender wiederum waren uns zu viel. Diese beiden Sachen wĂ€ren verbesserungswĂŒrdig. Ansonsten noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten in der KĂŒche: es waren zu wenig Esslöffel da, wir hĂ€tten auch einen Wasserkocher gut gefunden (es gibt nur eine Filtermaschine fĂŒr Kaffee), außerdem passende Topfdeckel in kleineren GrĂ¶ĂŸen. Der Check-In war extrem unkompliziert, da gibt es nichts zu verbessern.

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour Ă  Soullans. Maison au calme entourĂ©e de verdure, proche des commoditĂ©s en voiture (Super U Challans Ă  5min). La maison est agrĂ©able avec tout le nĂ©cessaire pour les vacances. TrĂšs bon contact avec l’hĂŽte qui est toujours disponible. ArrivĂ©e et dĂ©part autonome trĂšs apprĂ©ciable.

Séjour agréable location idéalement situé et au calme

Maison entourĂ©e d'un immense jardin idĂ©al pour les enfants et les grands. Nous avons eu beau temps et avons pu profitĂ© de l'extĂ©rieur. La maison est bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Toutefois quelques Ă©lĂ©ments auraient dĂ» ĂȘtre prĂ©cisĂ© comme la non fourniture des draps. La machine Ă  laver ne fonctionnait pas ainsi que le four. Cela a mis Ă  mal un peu le sĂ©jour. Il faut aussi prĂ©ciser qu'il n'y avait pas de sĂšche linge mais un chauffe serviette. RĂ©gion magnifique. Nous y reviendrons.
