Family house Cognin - near Chambéry, 8 rooms 130m², garage

Our house is a typical Savoyard house of 140 m² with storage space on the ground floor (35m²). On the first floor you will find the kitchen in which you can eat, the living / dining room and toilet. On the 2nd floor, there is a large bathroom (shower / bath, toilet, changing table), 3 large bedrooms (bedroom 1 with a 120cm bed + a drawer bed, bedroom 2 with a single bed + 1 drawer bed and bedroom 3 with a single bed and space to put a cot). On the top floor, we have fitted out an attic bedroom (ceiling height 1.65m) with a 160cm bed and cupboards.

This house is very practical for families:
- garden with terrace and games for children;
- large bedrooms;
- bicycle storage space etc on the ground floor;
- large place to park (2 cars);
- protected and easy cycle path leading to Chambery, Aix les Bains, Lac du Bourget ... and further!
The house is very accessible with a road serving Chambéry and La Motte Servolex.

You will have access to all the standard equipment of the house (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven and microwave ..) and games / books for children.
On request, we can provide you with a baby cot. A changing table is available in the bathroom with a large bathtub (you can put 3 small children in it!).
On the ground floor, you can park your bikes and store your equipment in the shelter.

Our neighborhood is very convenient to access, and quickly leads to all types of activities and visits.
We are also close to shops (Cognin center with supermarket, bakeries, pharmacies, butcher's shop, press ... within 1km).
Easy access by car.
You can also come by train + bus (stop in front of the house line D running from the center of Chambéry).
