Village house adjoining that of the owners, in a hamlet near Yenne, with shops open all year round. Beautiful renovation with beautiful volumes. All-inclusive services. Magnificent flowered garden of 900 m² with swimming pool shared with the owners (7 m x 3.50 m x 1.60 m - unheated, access mid-June to mid-September), various landscaped areas. Possibility to store bicycles in the owner's garage.
