Semi-detached house on 3 levels comprising on the ground floor: a living room-kitchen lounge area, a bathroom (walk-in shower and WC). 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (2 single beds 90x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm with private bathroom: shower and bathtub), separate WC (sink). 2nd floor: attic converted with 2 single sofas 80x200 cm convertible into 2 double beds 160x200 cm, integrated mezzanine with access by fixed ladder (not recommended for children under 6 years old). Shared space adjoining the cottage (unheated converted barn), on 2 levels with a lounge area, Home cinema, billiards and table football. Private space in gravel and slabs with garden furniture in property shared with the owners. Shared swimming pool. Village house adjoining that of the owners, in a hamlet near Yenne, with shops open all year round. Beautiful renovation with beautiful volumes. All-inclusive services. Magnificent flowered garden of 900 m² with swimming pool shared with the owners (7 m x 3.50 m x 1.60 m - unheated, access mid-June to mid-September), various landscaped areas. Possibility to store bicycles in the owner's garage. Gite with outdoor swimming pool, billiards and home cinema, less than 2 km from Yenne, a shopping town on the banks of the Rhône. Hilly territory of the Savoyard Foreland with the lakes of St Jean de Chevelu at 7 km, Lac du Bourget at 14 km or Lac d'Aiguebelette at 18 km, hiking trails including the Way of St Jacques de Compostela, cycling routes (Via Rhôna), Another face of Savoie!

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft bei netten Gastgebern in einer reichen Gegend

Selten habe ich eine Unterkunft gesehen, die mit so vielen liebevollen Details ausgeschmückt war, einen so hohen Standard und so viele Möglichkeiten bot (Schwimmbad, Heimkino, viele Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten im gemeinsamen Bereich).Savoyen ist reich an Sehenswürdigkeiten, schöner Natur und netten Städtchen.Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden wieder kommen.

Prachtige accommodatie in mooie omgeving

We hebben genoten van het grote, smaakvol ingerichte vakantiehuis met veel buitenruimte. Alles wat we nodig hadden of wensten was aanwezig. Complimenten voor de eigenaren! Daarnaast was in de mooie omgeving genoeg te doen en te ontdekken, met als hoogtepunt Lac du Bourget.
