Very beautiful dominant architect house of 240m2 with 4 parental bedrooms and 1 'dormitory' bedroom, located due south on a wooded hill with view on the lake, very quiet, beautiful sunshine, in a private dead end. Possibility of walks in the forest or by the lake, on foot or by bike, 20 minutes from the city center.
Nautical activities, mountain walks (Mont Revard 1500m above sea level, Dent du chat (1390m above sea level).

Lovely Stay

Perfect for a family stay. Very nice pool. Great views of the mountains and lake and about 10 minutes drive into town and the lake.

Lovely house

The house is very well -equipped, it has a lovely pool and has nice views of the mountains and lake. It is only 10 minutes into town and the lake. Perfect !!

Séjour familial

Bon accueil avec le propriétaire.Ménage pas au top ,poussières et toile d’araignées un peu partout Réaction des propriétaires au top sur une essoreuse et un grill pain qui ne fonctionnait ,le soir même il nous en ont apporté des neufs .Par contre maison avec trop de choses de la famille un peu bordélique

Excellente vacances en famille

Nous avons passée merveilleuse semaine dans cette maison à 15 personnes. La maison est spacieuse pour un grand groupe. La piscine et la localisation sont un vrai plus.

Tolles Haus - hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Pool ist gross und war sauber. Super Aussicht in die Berge, auf den See und Aix-les-Bains. Sauberkeit mit Ausnahmen gut. Kommunikation mit Vermieterin und Consierge war gut. Kann es empfehlen….

La maison est grande, avec de beaux espaces et très bien équipée. Mention spéciale à l'immense terrasse de plus de 100 m². La vue sur le lac est également bien appréciable. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Dejligt hus

Vi har tilbragt en uge i dette fantastiske hus. Der er alt hvad man har brug for til en dejlig ferie. Der var masser af plads til vores 8 teenagere og os 4 voksne. Store soveværelser, store badeværelser og store fællesområder. Udendørs området er om muligt endnu bedre. Den smukkeste udsigt, kæmpe terrasse med markiser til de varme sommerdage. Stort og lækkert poolområde. Huset ligger tilbagetrukket fra byen, men kun 10 min. i bil fra centrum. Vi havde en god kontakt med udlejer. Vi kan på alle måder anbefale et ophold i dette hus.

Communication issues

Nice house with amazing views and lovely pool. Fairly clean but could have been cleaner. Lots of the owners stuff left at the property so it does feel like you're staying in someone elses house. Owner lives next door and doesnt speak much english and my french isnt great so had some communication issues, in particular over the 50 euro per person charge for linen.

Family reunion in Aix-les-Bains

Our family group of 6 adults/6 children (ages 2-7) enjoyed our stay here at last, having originally reserved this property for a 2020 family vacation which, thanks to Covid, we had to postpone until 2022! We loved the large pool, outdoor terraces, and spectacular views of Lac Bourget and the surrounding mountains. The property is ideally situated high above the lake and within 5-10 minutes by car of grocery stores, restaurants, outdoor markets and bakeries. The house was well appointed, and we enjoyed dining both indoors and out, with 3 large tables available that could accommodate our large group. There was some confusion at check-in since our landlord did not know the property well and could not give us We had one major problem during the week, a breakdown of the electrical mechanism for closing the pool, which was a grave concern both to us and the landlords since we had 6 small children with us. The landlords were unable to find an electrician to repair it while we were there.

Very pleasant stay

The house is spacious and extremely well equipped, there is everything you could possibly need for families with young kids. The owner lives next door and is very responsive. The view from the house is superb, the heated swimming pool is great. Overall fantastic for families.

Fabulous Location - Perfect Family Getaway

In all honesty I don't think the photo's on the page really capture how lovely this house and it's location is. It's gorgeous. There were twelve of us and we all fitted in perfectly without stumbling over each other. The bedrooms were great, as was the living space. The pool, decked area and views were really lovely and several evenings we enjoyed a BBQ on the deck. Aix-Les-Bains itself is delightful, and the Grande Porte is about 1 mile away to walk. Be mindful that the last road up to the house is steep, so not for the faint hearted. The house is in a residential area but still feels secluded. Marie was lovely too, very helpful even with our broken (very) French. I would highly recommend this house.

A wonderful holiday and a fabulous location for our daughters wedding .

We arrived for our daughters wedding with a large party of friends and family . All the bedrooms were a good size , there was a homely feel in the house so you felt you could relax . Home from home . The pool was amazing , seating areas were plenty , in sun , shade , which ever you preferred . Kitchen was very well equipped , I say that because our friend Charlotte produced a three tier wedding cake in the kitchen !! We loved it and would definitely visit there again . Archie our 20 month old Grandson had a multitude of toys and garden house he could play in , as the owner has a wonderful family with 10 grandchildren .. I have a bit of catching up to do !! Thank you for a lovely stay Aix les Bains itself is also a beautiful place to visit . Wonderful views a multitude of restaurants and sporting activities as well as a good high street if you fancy a bit of retail therapy . Something for everyone .

Très belle villa pour de très bonnes vacances

Je recommande vivement cette villa; nous étions 8 adultes et plusieurs petits enfants; le confort, la très grande terrasse bien équipée, la piscine, les jeux pour enfants...nous ont permis de passer une excellente semaine. La vue sur le lac rajoute encore à la très bonne impression.

Confort, calme et practicité - et quelle vue !

C'est la 2eme fois que nous louions cette magnifique maison chez Marie avec toujours autant de plaisir ! Tout est très bien étudié pour passer de très bonnes vacances avec les enfants. Wonderful holiday house

Our family had a great time ,the property had everything we needed and all to a very high standard. Great pool ,could not keep the children out of it nor the adults come to that! Owners very welcoming. Just one minor gripe,having to pay additionally for bedding and towels plus cleaning which amounted to a fairly significant sum. As UK residents we often rent properties in the U.K. And these additional charges in our experience are included in the cost of the rental. Still this did not stop us having a lovely holiday in a beautiful property with friendly and helpful owners .

Amazing vacation in Aix Les Bains!

The villa is located in a beautiful place, near a lovely forest, with a wonderful view of the lake and the mountains. Everything was perfect, there was enough space for everybody, the villa is equipped with everything you need and more. Marie is very nice and helpful, she explained everything we needed to know about the villa and even drove with us around the town to show us where everything is. The swimming pool is big and heated, so it's a lot of fun for the whole family!

Amazing vacation in Aix Les Bains!

The villa is located in a beautiful place, near a lovely forest, with a wonderful view of the lake and the mountains.
