This updated 3 bedroom 2 bath home is located on a quiet street in a safe neighborhood, 25 minutes from Siesta Beach and 15 minutes from city center. The split bedroom design has large living and dining areas. The lanai and pool are enclosed together and a toddler fence is available The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to cook for yourself. There is a laundry room and a garage. Other extras include: wireless WiFi and printer, HDTV with comcast, beach towels, an umbrella and beach chairs, two bicycles and helmets.
The location is fairly central and easily accessible to just about everything.

Nice house in a Quiet neighborhood

Nice place. The hosts were very friendly and helpful! The kitchen had pans and baking dishes and plenty of counter space to cook. The bedrooms are spacious with walk in closets and the bathrooms are well stocked with towels and wash cloths. The pool was a hit with the children and there were plenty of beach towels for our family of 6. Quiet neighborhood with people walking and not much traffic. Enjoyed our stay!

Loved it, would come again. This place has every amenity a family needs. From infant to adult, your needs are covered. Kitchen with every piece of cooking utensil you could want. Grill complete with accessories like little food tents and custom tableclothes for out door patio table. Got a cut? There is a drawer full of well stocked and clearly organized first aid. Need a battery? Same. Pool is wonderful. Comes with pool noodles, dive toys, floaty toys and life jackets and safety fence for toddlers. Quiet neighborhood, convenient location to beaches and stores and restaurants. Life goes on while on vacation, and this gem fills that need for caregiving space and homey comfort while still a convenient location to go out and explore together.

Very comfortable home

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The location is perfect for easy access to restaurants, beaches, parks etc. While the neighborhood does not look impressive when you drive in, it was actually very quiet, safe and friendly, full of families and regular working folks. We took long walks all around the neighborhood most every day, which was relaxing and very little traffic. Will definitely consider booking again.

We are a recently retired couple who enjoy being involved with our family and community. We both volunteer in our church and for organizations in our community of Goshen, Indiana. Before retirement, Ben was an orthopedic surgeon and Susan was the story teller for a fair trade retail business called Ten Thousand Villages. We have two grown children who are married. Our son lives in Ohio and he and his wife have given us two precious grandchildren. Our daughter and her husband live in Chicago. We have a dog, Sadie (boxer/pug/Boston terrier, mix) who comes with us when we stay in our house in Florida.

Why they chose this property

We bought a house in Sarasota because our family has good memories visiting parents and grandparents there as we were growing up. We like that the house is in a neighborhood and easily accessible to just about everything.

What makes this property unique

We spend 5 months each year in this house. Therefore it has all the amenities of a home. It is not a rental property. We do offer it to others so it does not stand empty for the other 7 months of the year. We appreciate guests who enjoy a homey place and will respect they are guests in our home.
