This home is Air-conditioned and is located in beautiful Hawaiian Paradise Park subdivision! long term 2-3 months stay only. Located 1 block from the ocean. or seven minute walk. This home has 3 bedrooms 2 baths and sleeps up to 6 people in the three separate rooms. Services clean house every two weeks includes full cleaning. Grounds are maintained by Maria an amazing woman and her grandson each month. Pool is maintained every two weeks. If you are a resident living on a neighboring island please let us know. quarintine is different for instate.
There is a current mandatory two week quaratine for people out of state. It is stricly inforced with helpful person(s) who check-in with you to help count down the days and a call to congradulate you on your success. Also if already on island or building a home let us know. ***we have a beautiful lap pool and an acre of property!***
This charming residence is immaculate and stunning, beautifully furnished and elegantly decorated. There is air-conditioning throughout the home, also each room has its own air-conditioning. The main living area of the home is a great room with a gourmet kitchen - granite countertops, dining area and living room with a large sectional couch and huge screen tv! Located off the great room is a large screened in lanai with an additional dinning for 6 and 2 lounge chairs. When Sliders are open this is a impressive large area to enjoy with wonderful tradewind breezes.
From the great room two doors exit to the deck to enjoy any weather. This area includes stunning 12ft wide X 44 ft long lap pool with shade sails, covered dining and covered jacuzzi.
Property covers about 1 acre of tropical landscaping. You will be surrounded by volcanic formations from 1730 and lush tropical vegetation see if you can find our many orchids grown in trees and palms . Home features a security gate. Ample parking for up to five vehicles.
The ocean cliffs are a short walk or drive, where there are spectacular views and wonderful sounds of crashing waves. There is a mile long trail along the cliffs overlooking the ocean. Sea turtles can be seen diving among the rocks at the base of the cliffs. Whales can be seen November through February. Pahoa and Hilo are close with within 15 minutes drive. Hilo has lots of wonderful restraunts many open for seating some are pick-up, and other do delivery. Call ahead and ask, Bayfront shops, mall (open), airport, and beaches. Onekahakaha beach, Carlsmith beach park, and Richardsons ocean park are a few local favorites.
Pahoa is a charming little town We love it! and hope you can try some of our favorites. Also murals, historical buildings and fun shops. Our restaurants like Kaleo's, Boogie Woogie pizza and the Tin Shack bakery (amazing coffee and restaurant), dont forget Pahoa fish and Chips are local favorites. Some estraunts are open with regaurd to rules. Kaloeo's a favorite high-end restraunt has indoor dining. Tin shack is open and a at home seat your self atmosphere.
We love the big island for its natural beauty, terrific weather, and especially the people here who are warm and engaging!
