Villa "KALLISTÉ" of a very good level of benefits equivalent to 4 stars. type T3, beautiful interior volumes, (2 bedrooms) 60 m2, WIFI access in the villa, TV (102cm), south-east and south-west exposure in a preserved environment, quiet, not overlooked, exceptional panoramic sea view (at 180 degrees). She will seduce you with its charm, its decoration and comfort. Located in a private domain with a guard all year. 2 swimming pools (15x7,5 and 10x5) landscaped garden, private parking. On the ground floor, living room with bay window through 3 meters (brick partition) onto a 20 m2 terrace facing the sea, fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, two bedrooms with new bedding quality. The first (sea view) with terrace / solarium of 10 m2, bed 160x200, the second (mountain view) with beds 90x190, spacious bathroom (with bath), separate toilet and outdoor bathroom (with shower Italian style). Baby bed and chair, garden furniture, chairs, barbecue and awning. Very well located: very close to the beaches of Palombaggia and Santa Giulia, 10 minutes from Porto-Vecchio and 20 minutes from Bonifacio and Figari airport. Great facilities. Reasonable pets are welcome.

Die Unterkunft ist toll gelegen. Die schönsten Strände sind nicht weit und bis in die Berge fährt man auch nicht lange. Bereits beim Aufwachen genießt man den Sonnenaufgang mit Meerblick aus dem Bett. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet: man merkt, dass die Eigentümer die Wohnung selbst auch nutzen, denn es fehlt nichts. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns auch die Außendusche.

Séjour de rêve dans une maison magnifique où tout est fait pour que l’on se sente chez soi. La vue est à couper le souffle. La résidence est calme, proche des plus belles plages. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire qui est très bienveillante. Le gardien est très disponible et arrangeant pour le départ/arrivée. Nous avons rarement été aussi heureux de nos vacances! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette petite maison très bien situé avec une vue imprenable. La maison ne manque de rien, elle est tout confort et ne manque de rien. Très bien situé car entre Palombaggia et Santa Giulia. Les échanges avec la propriétaire ainsi que le gardien étaient très fluides et très sympathique. Je recommande.

Beauté corse

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cette résidence tout confort à quelques minutes des plages de Tamaricciu et Palombaggia. La vue est grandiose et régénérante. La maison est très bien équipée et le barbecue intégré ajoute une touche "vacances" très appréciable. Les commerces et restaurants sont faciles d'accès. L'accueil d'Hervé (gardien) a été d'une grande aide et sa gentillesse très appréciée. Nos hôtes Thierry et Sophie ont été très prévenants. Que du bonheur !

Superbe sejour

La maison est magnifique, très bien décorée, un vrai petit cocon. La vue est superbe, se réveiller en regardant la mer, c’est tout simplement magique. La location est idéalement bien située entre les plages de Palombagia et Santa Giulia, à 10min de Porto Vecchio.

Schönes Haus in gepflegter Anlage in toller Umgebung

Das Haus mit tollem Meerblick ist in einer sehr schönen und ruhigen Anlage. Von den Eigentümern wurden uns im Vorfeld alle erforderlichen Informationen bzgl. Check In gegeben, so dass alles reibungslos funktioniert hat. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen und äußert praktisch ist die Aussendusche gleich beim Eingang. Die tollen Strände sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter.

Très belle vue depuis la chambre parentale. Maison bien ventilée, cosy et très bien équipée. Douche extérieure extra !! Stationnement facile. Puscine agreable avec transats. Plages fabuleuses à 10mn en voiture. Terrasse bien agréable avec barbecue. Un 2e transat léger serait apprécié (celui en bois est lourd). Seul point compliqué : fourmis, moustiques le soir et guêpes. Compliqué de dîner dehors. Pour le reste +++

De très belles prestations pour cette mini villa, décoration soignée, tout confort et beaucoup d'éléments utiles au quotidien: vaisselle très complète, condiments pour cuisiner , Infos touristiques dans les tiroirs... très belle vue sur mer et piscines très agréables tout en étant peu fréquentées. De plus propriétaires sympathiques, disponibles par téléphone et reelement soucieux de notre confort. Bref une location de rêve, à recommander!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette belle petite maison. La propriétaire avec qui nous avons eu de nombreux échanges (téléphone, textos, ...) est très gentille et disponible. Nous avons profité de l'espace piscines de la résidence et les enfants ont adoré se doucher dehors. La maison est parfaitement propre, aménagée et agencée : tout y est et tout est fonctionnel. La vue à l'étage est époustouflante ! Nous avons senti que les propriétaires ont apporté leur touche raffinée pour rendre le locataire dans les meilleures dispositions : tout a été soigneusement pensé jusqu'au moindre détail ! Nous profitions de nos fins d'après-midi dans le cadre magnifique des plages de Palombaggia, à même pas 10 minutes en voiture. Nous avons pu faire quelques découvertes à Porto-Vecchio et du panorama somptueux de Bonifacio notamment. Vraiment satisfaits de l'endroit, du cadre et de la maison, nous ne manquerons pas de faire appel de nouveau à leurs services ...

Merveilleux Pour notre 1er séjour en Corse on ne pouvait pas espérer un si joli location dans un si bel endroit Magnifique villa conforme à nos attentes et surtout conformes aux photos et aux descriptifs des propriétaires. Joli villa décoré avec goûts avec du tres beau mobilier ,très grande terrasse aménagés avec superbe vue A l'étage deux belles chambres avec une vue à vous couper le souffle sur la plage de palombaggia. Endroit très calme Villa tres propre avec tout le confort les propriétaires sont accueillant et de bons conseil pour les visites Nous avons passer un agreable sejour , difficile de refaire les valises ! Nous gardons l'adresse précieusement !

Pour notre premier séjour en Corse, nous ne pouvions mieux choisir notre hébergement dans un site enchanteur, à proximité de très belle plages mais aussi de Porto Vecchio, Bonifacio, des iles Lavezzi, ... La villa, construite dans une résidence avec piscines très calme et bien entretenue, présente de multiples atouts : terrasse et balcon face à la mer, un décor sobre et chaleureux, un équipement très complet.
