The cottage was nice and with a very good location. However, the kitchen hood wasn't working, one kitchen chair was broken and one of the lights in the living room wouldn't turn on.

Everything was as the description said. The only thing that was deceiving was the picture shown when you bring up the property listing. I would put a picture of your cottage on the listing. We had a good time and everything we went to was close. I would recommend this property. The neighbor across the street was very friendly and even gave us some of his home grown tomatoes and other vegetables.

Cozy Cottage

Clean, nice, quiet cottage. Great place to stay as a base for our kayaking, hiking vacation. We enjoyed the hike to Laughing Whitefish Falls recommended by our hosts.

Great location, very quiet

Plenty of room for our small group of three. Second time staying there. Highly recommend Da Yak Shack for the discounted kayak rental for touring the Au Train river.

Christmas cottage heaven

This cottage was perfect for our family of four, it was clean and close to so many of the waterfalls. We absolutely loved our time in the UP and would love to come back next year and stay longer!

Convenient location, has all you need

We stayed here as we explored Pictured rock National lakeshore and also went into Marquette and surrounding area. Had all the space we needed and was a great home base between our outings.Appreciated staying up on laundry and having a kitchen. It was very clean but noticeably vintage
