Séjour très agréable dans une résidence haute gamme, très calme et très propre. La villa en elle même est à l'image des photos. Je fûs agréablement surprise par la qualité et la quantité d'accessoires de cuisine disponible.. franchement bravo car nous n'avons manqué de rien. C'est vraiment top de mettre à disposition des clients des serviettes de bain pour la douche Mais également pour la piscine, de plus les jeux disponible pour enfants et adultes sont fort appréciable de tous. Juste un petit bémol au niveau de la douche extérieure qui est inexistante et l'accès à la Tnt qui n'est pas présent... nous aurions été comblé si il y a simplement Tf1. Je tiens à faire un clin d'œil au concierge et sa femme et sont très très gentils et a l'écoute !! Merci d'avoir mis votre bien en location ! Mme G

Propriété très bien équipée et disponibilité du concierge. Aucun point négatif sur cette maison. Propriétaire très arrangeant et compréhensif en période de covid, qui a permis de repousser le dernier paiement. Je recommande fortement cette location de rêve.

Un avis mitigé

La maison est globalement conforme à la description. Les chambres sont petites mais climatisées, la pièce à vivre est plus spacieuse. Nous avons regretté que cette pièce à vivre (salon/cuisine/salle à manger) ne soit pas suffisamment ventilée. Le seul ventilateur dans cette zone ne suffit pas. Il faut donc laisser les portes et fenêtres ouvertes pour faire courant d’air ce qui est compliqué avec les moustiques. Nous avons également eu un problème de canalisation bouchée qui a bloqué 2 WC et 2 salles de bains pendant 48h, le temps qu’un plombier intervienne. Le congélateur est également tombé en panne, ce qui nous a obligé à jeter son contenu. Soyez par ailleurs informés qu’il y a une alerte épidémique de dengue en Guadeloupe actuellement avec un foyer à Saint François. Dernier conseil : faites un état des lieux au début de la location et notez tout ce qui ne va pas. Il nous a été reproché d’avoir abîmé 2 chaises qui étaient déjà endommagées à notre arrivée. Le constat des lieux n’est pas spontanément proposé par le propriétaire, ce qui est dommage car vous êtes reçu par un service de conciergerie et ce serait simple de le faire.
