Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, grocery stores, beaches, etc... The neighborhood is very nice with upscale homes with beautiful landscaping. Great place for a walk or bike ride. Enjoy the nearby beaches, boating, birdwatching, golf, tennis, etc... or just swim in your private pool and enjoy the water views in your own back yard
