Located in the CAP OCEAN residence, in a quiet area.
Very nice apartment type T2 Duplex entirely renovated with taste.

The interior consists on the ground floor of an entrance with staircase, a bathroom with toilet and a beautiful living room overlooking a terrace of 6 m2 beautiful exposure, out of sight, small view on the large Fogeo beach.
In this living room you will find an open kitchen area fully equipped with new (induction 2 burners, classic oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge of good volume), a dining area and a living room including 2 sofa beds including 1 pull-out bed, coffee table and wall-mounted TV.
Upstairs, you will find a beautiful master bedroom with its bathroom. double bed
3 very practical cupboards.

Private parking space with access code. Bike shelter.

Ideally located between the Fogeo beach (200 m), the port of Crouesty (300 m) and the thalassotherapy center (300 m).
Close (300 m) to all shops, supermarket, Casino, bar and restaurants. Sailing school (300m). Many hikes. Golf at 3 kms. Cinema 1.5 km away. Excursions possible in the golf and on the Houat, Hoeidic, Monk and Belle-Ile islands (from Port navalo at 2 Kms.

Local events:
- the Mille Sabords (Second-hand Boat Show) in early November.
- Golf week (every 2 years) in May.

Swimming pool in high season in the residence.

Une location bien équipée et bien située

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Arzon. La location de Véronique est très bien équipée, dispose d'une place de parking et d'un grand balcon, et sa localisation est parfaite, entre plage et port.

kleines Appartement mit großen Möglichkeiten

Modern, stimmig und funktional eingerichtet. Mobiliar, Geräte und Ausstattung in gutem bis sehr guten Zustand. Alles ist reichlich vorhanden. Sicherer Parkplatz für das Auto und Stellplatz für Fahrräder. In der Nuzungszeit sehr ruhig. Der Pendelbus vor der Anlage wird elektrisch angetrieben und hat uns nicht gestört. Das unterm Dach gelegene Schlafzimmer läßt sich sehr gut lüften. Beim Frühstück auf dem Balkon (O-S) sieht man die Badebucht durch die Bäume schimmern. Direkt vor der Haustür kann man in Spazierwege einsteigen. Den Stand erreicht man entweder zu Fuß oder bequem per Fahrrad. Den Hafen ereicht man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Dort findet man Lokale, einen Bäcker und weitere auf den Tourismus ausgerichtete Läden. Mit dem Fahrrad lassen sich zwei große Supermärkte in ca. 10min erreichen. Vom Wasserdruck sollte man nicht allzuviel erwarten die Kopfkissen hätten wir uns weniger benutzt gewünscht. Die Abwicklung mit der Angentur war unkompliziert. Reichten unsere Franzözischkenntnisse nicht aus ging es fast überall unkompliziert in Englisch weiter. Insgesamt können wir uns einen weiteren Aufenthalt sehr gut vorstellen.

Location au port du crouesty

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La location est en tout point conforme à l'annonce. L'appartement est rénové et confortable. Il n'y a pas de vis à vis. Il est proche des commerces, du port et de la plage. Je le recommande.

Le seul point noir, c'est que nous avons dû refaire le ménage en rentrant dans cette location. La piscine n'était pas ouverte contrairement à l'annonce dommage, car le prix comprenait la piscine.

C’est avec regret que je lis votre critique. J’assure pourtant que mon assistante a fait le ménage avant votre arrivée, jusqu’aux boiseries de la terrasse, malheureusement une pluie entraînant avec elle du sable a sans doute quelque peu laisser des traces. Nous faisons appel à cette personne depuis plus de 5 ans, nous n’avons jamais eu à nous plaindre de ses prestations. Pour ce qui est de la piscine, celle-ci est malheureusement fermée en raison du covid 19. Cette piscine est une option gratuite dans notre location. Nous n’avons jamais majoré le prix de la location pour la piscine. J’espère, néanmoins, que vous avez passé de bonnes vacances dans notre belle région.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec un enfant en bas age. L appartement est très fonctionnel et joliment décoré à proximité de la plage et du port. A noter : le nécessaire pour les premiers jours est mis à disposition si besoin (papier toilette, éponge, pastille lave vaisselle...) ce qui est rarement le cas dans les locations

Nous avons loué cet appartement pour 15 jours de vacances avec notre petite fille de 20 mois. Notre séjour a été merveilleux. L'appartement est très confortable, joliment décoré et a un emplacement parfait. En moins de 5 minutes du port, de la plage et d'une aire de jeux. Nous avons pu vivre ces vacances au rythme de notre fille et faire de belles balades à pied depuis l'appartement, sans avoir besoin de prendre notre voiture. Nous vous recommandons vivement ce lieu.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Véronique et Gilles avec lesquels nous avons même pu prendre un petit café en partant. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par leur fils. Tout était absolument parfait : l'appartement est idéalement situé, proche du port et de la plage, très confortable, lumineux et impeccable. C'est le point de départ idéal pour de belles balades dans le Golfe du Morbihan. Nous y avons passé des vacances reposantes et ensoleillées comme on en rêve ! Un grand merci à Véronique et sa famille.
