Charming stone house classified 3 stars by the organization In Auris, Completely renovated and ideally located between sea and countryside, 800m from the beaches of Pouldu by coastal path, the seaside, the GR34 and paths leading to the port of Doëlan where from the surf school (2 min by car).
Opposite the island of Groix.
Calm assured.
Near the quiet and family-friendly Kervoën campsite, you will have all the advantages of camping in high season only! : indoor heated pool, bread and pastries depot, children's games, pancake evening, pétanque competition, etc ...(we own the campsite). Camping services in high season. Campsite open from Easter to early September. Please note that the swimming pool is open only in high season and only for camping and house tenants. Outside person prohibited. Enjoy the beaches and entertainment of the town in high season. In the pre-season, the walks guided by the "rando bretagne" application will impress you. In autumn, discover Brittany in its warm colors. We will do everything to make your stay perfect.
Our pretty town also hosted the Doc Martin TV series as well as the Marianne event series on netflix.

Modernized stone house

This lovely Breton stone house was renovated to a modern standard unlike many other such houses in Brittany. It is on the edge of a campsite and, when open till mid-September, you can use the campsite facilities (swimming pool, shop, etc). The host Magali is very friendly and helpful and answers queries very quickly! We will return next year. Highly recommended.

Toller Urlaub

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr schön ruhig und das Meer ist zu Fuss in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin hat immer super schnell reagiert, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Sie ist sehr nett und auch die Übergabe war total problemlos.Die Allerdings sind die Betten für Menschen ab einer Grösse von 1,90m etwas zu kurz.

Gîte incontournable

Magali et Sylvain nous ont accueilli très chaleureusement dans leur gîte, qui est très agréable, reposant, très propre, parfaitement équipé et décoré avec goût, très bien situé, proche des plages. sehr schönes kleines haus/très jolie petite maison

wir haben mit unseren 3 Kindern einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem schönen alten, jedoch komplett renovierten kleinen Haus genossen. Es ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht, die Lage ist sehr schön, man geht 800m durch Felder zum Meer und kann den Pool vom angrenzenden Campingplatz mitbenutzen. Die ganze Abwicklung ist mit der sehr netten Besitzerin Magali sehr unkompliziert und sie gibt gute regionale Empfehlungen. nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances avec nos 3 enfants dans cette belle petite maison ancienne, mais entièrement rénovée. Il est parfaitement équipé avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin, l'emplacement est très agréable, vous marchez 800m à travers champs jusqu'à la mer et vous pouvez utiliser la piscine du camping adjacent. Tout le processus est très simple avec la très gentille propriétaire Magali et elle donne de bonnes recommandations régionales.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der Bretagne. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt uns an nichts. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an herzlich willkommen gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und aufmerksam. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb an einen Campingplatz angrenzend. Die Umgebung ist wohltuend ruhig. Auf dem Campingplatz gibt es einen kleinen Spielplatz und einen Pool, den wir nutzen durften. Durch den morgendlichen Baguette-Service war auch das Frühstück ohne Stress gesichert. Nach einem ca. 15 minütigen Spaziergang durch Feld und Dünen errreicht man einen schönen großen Strand (Kerou). Die Kinder waren begeistert und hatten bei Ebbe und Flut viel Spaß. Uns hat der Urlaub sehr gefallen und wir kommen sicher bald wieder. Herzliche Grüße Dirk und Eva

Sehr hübsches Ferienhaus mit freundlichen Gastgebern

Wir sind sehr lieb an dem mit liebevollen Details dekorierten Ferienhaus empfangen worden. Das Haus verfügt einen schönen Garten, in dem man sich entspannt aufhalten kann. Ansonsten lässt es auch nichts vermissen. Die Strände sind zu Fuß und auch mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Die Lage ist ideal, um von dort auch Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Profitieren kann man auch von dem sehr schönen benachbarten Campingplatz, dessen kleines Schwimmbad man mitbenutzen darf, und wo man sich sein Baguette und die Croissants für den nächsten Morgen vorbestellen kann. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen

Schönes Häuschen in ruhiger Umgebung

Aufenthalt vom 22.08-05.09.2020

Wir waren als Familie, mit unserem 13 jährigem Sohn im Urlaub da. Wir alle haben den Aufenthalt, die Nähe zum Meer( abends nochmal eben schwimmen gehen) sehr genossen. Das eignet sich hervorragend für Familien und die Lage ist genial für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Wenn man möcht, kann man auch gleich im Ort einen Surfkurs machen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und alles hat sehr gut geklappt. Das Haus liegt absolut in einer ruhigen Lage. Alles sehr zu empfehlen!

Perfekter Familienurlaub

Die zwei Wochen in dem Ferienhaus waren wunderbar. Alles war sauber (desinfiziert), die Vermieterin freundlich und unkompliziert, das Haus hat alles (auch ein Grill war vorhanden) und die Lage (kurzer Fußweg zum Strand) war perfekt. Den Pool haben wir auch viel genutzt. Für Familien auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Alles perfekt!

Wir verbrachten eine tolle Woche in dem Haus. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und die Lage ist perfekt. Zum Strand muss man etwas laufen. Man wird dann aber mit dem perfekten Strand belohnt. Unsere Kinder liebten zudem den Pool auf dem Campingplatz, den man mitbenutzen kann. Wir hatten insgesamt einen tollen Aufenthalt und kommen hoffentlich wieder!

Unvergesslicher Urlaub in einer schönen Unterkunft

Eine sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Lage ist ideal für Unternehmungen aller Art. Ein schöner Badestrand ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr angenehm und problemlos. Wir würden uns jederzeit wieder dort einmieten. Un logement très agréable et propre équipé de tout ce dont vous avez besoin. L'emplacement est idéal pour les activités de toutes sortes. Une belle plage est à distance de marche. Le contact avec la propriétaire était très agréable et facile. Nous louerions à tout moment.

waren überrascht

Wir waren erst etwas skeptisch wegen des Campingplatzes direkt in der Nähe, aber es war eine Bereicherung für uns. Wir konnten das Angebot nutzen und gleichzeitig handelt es sich um einen ruhigen und familiären Campingplatz. Das Haus ist toll und die Lage ist klasse, um sich zu erholen. Das Meer und der Küstenwanderweg sind sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und die Versorgung ist mit dem Auto im Handumdrehen erledigt. Die Vermieter sind supernett und sehr hilftsbereit. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes Haus in toller Umgebung.

Das Haus, der Garten und die Umgebung waren sehr schön. Der Strand zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Ein herrlicher Ort um einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen. Toll ist auch, dass wir den Swimming-Pool auf dem Camping-Platz nutzen durften. Gerne wieder!

Jolie petite maison en bord de mer

Petite maison attenante au camping des propriétaires, calme, à 900 mètres de la plage (attention ça monte pour le retour de plage si vous avez des enfants en bas âge qui ne veulent pas marcher ;-)). Propriétaires très sympas et serviables, le monsieur travailler à l accueil du camping et est donc disponible pour infos et conseils. Accès à la piscine chauffée (27 degrés) du camping qui est couverte. On a passé 2 belles semaines dans cette maison bien équipée pour 5 personnes.
