Riverwood Plantation is located in Evans, GA which is approx. 15 miles away from the Augusta National Golf Course but doors away from Champions Retreat where the Women's National is held. The neighborhood itself is well known in the community as the most sought after and well kept neighborhood in the Augusta area. With its lush landscaping, local shopping area with grocery, dining, and shops, and world renown golf course: Champions Retreat, you can't go wrong with a rental in Riverwood Plantation.
Within the home itself, you will find a gracious open floor plan and decently sized bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a gas range. While entertaining over food and drinks you can easily flow conversation into the open living room and dining room. Upstairs are three bedrooms and two baths with multiple options to accommodate families or many guests. The main level has another large bedroom and master bath. Outside is set for early morning coffee on a large front porch or private patio then have a late night fire in the fenced-in backyard.
