Say hello to your home away from home. This cottage provides an ultra clean comfort experience with many modern amenities. Three smart TV's, blazing fast wi-fi (1 Gig speeds!), state of the art work station with 4K monitor. Whether it's picking vegetables from the backyard garden, preparing a meal in the nautical themed kitchen, or sleeping in beds that our guests often claim as one of the best nights sleep ever, you'll always want to stay another night!

We're big tech heads and the house shows it. With wi-fi download speeds up to 1gig everyone multiple streaming is never a problem. We also have an amazon echo dot in every major room which provides you your own virtual assistant in every room that lets you play any song that you want to hear just by saying "Alexa, play song by artist". With Alexa, you can also provide weather reports, traffic reports, and much more. We also have 4k resolution monitors in both living room and master bedroom complete with surround sound.

The property is very convenient super clean. Well appointed kitchen was well stocked couches were very comfortable. Beds were extremely comfortable. Very nice TVs in each room. If there was only one Cohn, I would say it was slightly weird that they left their clothes in some of the drawers in the dresser And their shoes by the front door. It felt like they could be coming back. Nobody did there were no issues nobody bothered us, but that component was just a little strange. Other than that I would rent the house again in a second. It was a fantastic experience. Bathrooms are comfortable water pressure was great.

Property was clean, welcoming and central to everywhere we needed to be near Augusta. Communication with the owner was clear and timely. He graciously worked with us thru a very awkward situation we encountered. Would not hesitate to recommend!
