The cottage was perfect for our 2 night stay. Visiting the Masters during the day and having a peaceful place to sleep at night. Love the water pressure in the showers

Charming house. Comfortable furniture and beds. It’s not super modern, although the bathrooms and kitchen are updated and fairly well stocked. If you’re not a fan of spiders, this might not be the house for you. Cobwebs are outside because you’re in the woods. And we did have a little jumping spider make his way inside. The setting of this house is very private and quiet; there aren’t full window coverings on all the windows, but really no need because the neighbors aren’t that close. The house is nicely decorated and cozy.

Needs some refreshing and maintenance. Mattress cover dirty and stained. Linens old musty. Webs and spiders in the house. Bug spray necessary. Porch not very inviting for seating due to slippery moss debris webs. Other than that it’s quaint quiet and peaceful. Bucolic grounds and pond.

I thought the house looked very quint from the outside and it was just as nice inside. It’s close to everything but is very secluded. I would absolutely stay there again!

Relaxing place to stay!

This is a great location and is a cozy, well stocked home. The home had everything we needed. The front porch and back deck are perfect spots to have coffee and enjoy the beautiful setting. We hope to stay again when in town.

Amazing cozy get away

We so enjoyed our stay at this cozy, nicely decorated cottage by a pond. It felt remote and relaxing even though it was in the city limits of Evans. The host was really great to work with and very hospitable. We really hope to rent this cottage again.

Beautifully located property. While we mostly used the house as a home base from which to attend family reunion functions, we did enjoy spending some time at the pond on a pleasant agternoon and in fact catching somw big bass (of course they are still happily swimming around awaiting a next visitor). ll four of us agreed that if we were to come back to Evans in the future for another occasion, we wouold seriously consider staying here again.

The comfort of home, while at the Masters

Very convenient to Masters, groceries, and restaurants. Much more comfortable than staying in an overpriced hotel. Savanna is very pleasant and helpful.

Perfect spot for our stsy

My friend and I stayed at this location so we could attend a concert at the Columbia Performing Arts Center which is a really nice venue. The house was located centrally to what we wanted to do. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.
