Apartment built for weather, sound protection, Sleeping.

This lovely apartment offers you a quiet and peaceful stay while you vacation in the beautiful City of Chattanooga. It is within walking distance of the incline going up Lookout Mountain. The home offers a great view of the Mountain from its point to several miles South into Georgia.All the tourist attractions around Lookout and Downtown are just a few minutes away. Owners live above and are residents and offer 1 bedroom with 1 bath.NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE. . New home built in the Arts and Crafts style,with some furniture in that style. Home is built with ICFs (insulated concrete forms). Living arrangements are on the lower level ( first floor) . Additional areas of interest include, incline, many walking trails around the mountain and in the National Park at Chickamauga (Civil War Battlefield), Ruby Falls ,Incline, Rock City, and the Historical village of St. Elmo. Main bedroom has a queen bed and front reading room has a couch which pulls out and makes a single bed. Parking available on main road or in Driveway. Kitchen with seating for three, full bath room with shower. Deck, Patio, Outside Fireplace ,grill, ev charger, Hot Tub, Sauna, may be shared if other apartment is rented at same time. Great experience!

This was a perfect place for a quick visit to Chattanooga! The neighborhood is super cute and very quiet. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed for a great weekend stay!

Great location

Allen was a great host and the location was perfect for our visit to Lookout Mountain and to Chattanooga. We loved being able to walk to meet friends at 1885 for dinner and to go to the Incline Railway.

Quaint and convenient

If you’re wanting a fancy place to spend your time this isn’t it, but if you’re interested in an affordable, conveniently located place to sleep you’ll be happy with this small apartment. It was near great attractions and walking distance to some excellent restaurants.

Great place to stay for a few days

My daughter and I came to Chattanooga for a few days for a girl scout summer trip. This place was close to everything we had planned to do that weekend. My daughter loved the hot tub and meeting the cat that lives here, he was very sweet. The owner was nice and check in was easy.

This place is all about the outside! The view and patio are perfect!! We really just needed a place to sleep with somewhere to wind down at the end of the night, this property fit the bill perfectly!

Mountain View was exceptional

The Mountain View property in Chattanooga is a very nice location. If you like a quiet, peaceful setting you will enjoy this property. It was clean and quiet and the large outdoor patio was a great place to enjoy the view while sipping a glass of wine. The owner of the property was a wonderful host.

Great place to enjoy Chattanooga. Very close to all Chattanooga has to offer. The landlord makes his own wine that is available at the property and it is delicious. Great view of lookout mountain especially from the hot tub.

We had such a lovely time at this cozy spot. Incredible views from the patio. Super comfy bed. The host was very helpful and delightful to talk with at check in. The location was great as well. The highlight for us was the hot tub! We will definitely be returning!

Was in town for a race stayed with 2 of my kids. It was a nice little secluded area very cozy beautiful view. Would definitely go back. Within the area of pretty well all places downtown chattanooga. Really close to incline railway and lookout mountain.

Southern Hospitality at its Best!

Fabulous little apartment with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The owner Alan is welcoming and helpful without being intrusive. There were even a couple of surprises for us in the kitchen! The neighborhood felt safe and was fun to explore. Would definitely stay here again!
