Great location for Hollywood

This was perfect for our vacation. Close proximity to things we wanted to do in Hollywood as well as somewhat central to the things we wanted to do in greater Los Angeles area.

Great Getaway

Great stay

Great location and very clean 3 bedroom. 15 min drive to universal and 2 mins walk to Hollywood blvd. Condo is newly renovated and offers everything for a great and cozy stay. You can’t beat the location. Overall excellent stay.

Great location, good space, friendly manager

The location is amazing to be in Hollywood area, walk to Hollywood Blvd. or for us we were driving to Universal Studios as well. The manager was friendly and helpful to message us. We enjoyed having 3 bedrooms upstairs and the downstairs area was nice for relaxing.

Disappointed!

I was looking forward to staying at this cute little place in LA. Only to find out if you don’t text the host before 10 PM you will not get in. Host knew that we were arriving late and after 10 PM she no longer communicated with me in regards to getting the keys to get into the unit. It was midnight and my family and I had to find another place to stay. The host never had the decency to reach out. Beyond Rude! If I were you, I would find somewhere else to stay, somewhere with a reliable host!

Great for a Girls get together in Hollywood

The unit has been updated and met our needs. Plenty of space for our group of three, but would be fine for more. The beds were comfortable, but the couch isn't supportive (for our age group) and the one chair isn't very comfortable. (didn't change my rating though) Dining room table and chairs are fine. Kitchen was fairly well stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils and pots, but limited pans (1 very old small frying pan). Would have liked some hand towels in the kitchen. The amount of toilet paper and paper towels worked for us as we were a small group and out and about, but you'll likely need to buy some...depending on the length of your stay. Communication was great with the owner/lmanager. We were 3 older women and we felt safe in the neighborhood....1 block off of Hollywood Blvd. Walked during the day and used Uber at night. Would definitely recommend the location.

Texas Family trip

Everything was great for the most part. I feel there are few things that could be done to the place. The hand rail in the staircase was loose, did not feel safe using it. The baseboards in the quest bath needed repair. Fresh coat of paint throughout the house. The sheets in my room, seemed fine, until I pulled them off. I saw a pee stain on the mattress pad. That should be cleaned and bleached. There were wires sticking out of the wall in the kitchen. There were cracked or chipped dishes in the kitchen. The keys to get into the place, gate, house, gate to the house. Recommend color-coding them, was confusing to figure out which key to get in and out and lock up. When we left early 8am, there were no lights on in the garage, we had to use the rental car lights to illuminate the garage to see to load our car with luggage. Also, there was a truck parked in-front of the dumpster, not sure what that was about. Also, I felt there should have been a slip mat in the tub, I almost fell. Finding towels, was weird, could have been better organized. Overall I would stay again if needed.

The property is very nice and very clean. The surrounding area is Hollywood, so keep that in mind. It is an easy walk to Hollywood Blvd. and lots to see. We went to the Hollywood Bowl one evening and although we Ubered to dinner and to the event, we were happy to walk back afterwards. Much easier than navigating traffic in and out.

Great experience

Really great experience. We are from close by and know the area well. Not here for tourism this time but it is a killer spot for that. The condo was very clean. The host was very responsive. Will definitely come back if we go to Hollywood Bowl etc. The parking is a bit hard to navigate for a large SUV but manageable. The underground parking is a great safety feature.

We were pleased with our experience staying at this property. The home was clean, accessible, and relatively quiet considering how close it is located to the Hollywood strip. Excellent location just off Hollywood Blvd! Great for walking! Property was clean, secure, & comfortable. Older building, with upgraded interior. You will need a small vehicle if parking-garage is tight access! Quiet, for a densely populated neighborhood! Easy access to ride share. Property mgr was quick to respond to our questions. Vacation

We had a very pleasant stay. We didn’t get additional check in information prior to us getting to the property from the app, so unfortunately, I had to bother the property owner. She was super nice and understanding though. She offered an open line of communication throughout the weekend, even though I didn’t need to reach out to her again. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone that I know that is coming to this area.
