What a dump!! Worst VRBO I have ever rented unfortunately. The property is in disrepair and not as advertised in a few categories. The shack smelled horribly of thick tobacco smoke and old must throughout the entire house. The smell was so bad we kept the home open with all fans on the entire period we stayed. The smell was so bad our clothes and belongings now reek of it coming home. No WiFi or check in instructions provided. Overall a very bad experience and horrible excuse for a mountain cabin (shanty/shack). Hopefully someone will see this and not make the same poor decision I did. Money would be much better spent and an old SLT motel. The parking “deck” is shaking and very likely not safe or legal to park on (I reported it to local police) and the bunk beds rattled and shook so bad when trying to sleep on them we felt unsafe and slept on couch. Windows with no screens, broken windows, and lots of damage throughout the house. Cigarette butts and burns throughout and burn stains in linens. Total dump!

Jason’s home is immaculate and very welcoming! I had a couple issues receiving check-in info, however Jason was quick to respond and resolve issues in no time! You’ll definitely enjoy your stay!

Very nice home..relaxing and quite area. Jason was easy to get a whole of and answer any questions we had. Secluded but stores etc all within a 15 min drive. We will definitely be coming back.
