trĂšs bel emplacement pour cette maison

points positifs: -Cette maison est trÚs bien située pour visiter l'ArdÚche. - maison trÚs bien équipée : mobilier, électroménager... -piscine petite mais suffisante pour se rafraichir : les sapins ont été coupés donc elle est bien ensoleillée -terrasse pour manger trÚs agréable avec une trÚs belle vue points négatifs: - maisons voisines trÚs proches que l'on ne voit pas sur les photos. - une chambre est située juste à cÎté de la pompe de la piscine: impossible de dormir dans cette chambre alors qu'elle est prévue pour trois personnes !!! - la terrasse proche de la piscine est petite alors que cette maison est louée pour 12 personnes et la terrasse juste à cÎté et au-dessus est en pente ! Dommage car une terrasse plus grande serait vraiment appréciable !

Nous avons passé une trÚs belle semaine dans cette maison idéalement située , jolie et trÚs fonctionnelle !!! La vue de la terrasse est magnifique et la piscine a régalé les enfants . Un grand merci pour l'accueil !!! Maison que nous conseillons pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis !!!

Villa trĂšs bien placĂ©, proche de Ruoms et de Vallont Pont d’arc. La piscine paraĂźt petite mais elle est trĂšs bien pour se rafraĂźchir et Ă  trĂšs bien fait l’affaire pour 12. Maison bien Ă©quipĂ©e, rien a redire.

Emplacement et vue exceptionnel

La piscine idĂ©al pour ce rafraĂźchir mais un peu petite pour la natation. Malheureusement le soleil est absent sur la terrasse arriĂšre mais est prĂ©sent sur le cotĂ© de la maison ou se trouve les transats est le chant des cigales est bien prĂ©sent dans les sapins. Ou sinon pour le reste tout est parfait la maison est super bien Ă©quipĂ©e il ne manque rien , vous avez une vue exceptionnel sur le rocher de Sampzon, vous ĂȘtes Ă  proximitĂ© du centre ville Ruoms, je recommande vivement cette maison qui est dans ce village pas trop loin de l'Ardeche au confluent le Chassezac merveilleux endroit au calme. En ce qui concerne l’accueil un tout grand merci Ă  Monsieur Gala pour son sa gentillesse, sa flexibilitĂ©, son dĂ©vouement et j'en passe c'est une personne formidable comme on en trouve plus ! ! ! Alors Merci merci merci Ă  ce Monsieur ! ! !
