34m² apartment, WIFI, parking, garden+barbecue+bike shed

F1 apartment of the Imperial Route furnished located on the ground floor in the neighborhood Neuville. The windows (each window pane) overlook the garden and are the opposite of the road. A bakery, a pharmacy ... are 200 m of housing.

Its location allows if desired to leave Dieppe bypassing the city center. (Bus stops at 50 m)

For cycling enthusiasts, it is possible to store bicycles in a garden shed locked (in common with the neighboring studio -even owner-)

It consists of a fitted / equipped kitchen (with kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave ... a TV, two armchairs), bedroom (140 bed, wardrobe, bedside tables ... ) a bathroom, a toilet. independent of the bathroom.

A private storage room locked includes two chairs, umbrella and garden table, a shelter of garden shared with the adjoining studio (same owner) can store bikes.

The housing also has a parking lot.

The apartment is designed for two people (1 baby is a person) without animals.

Next to this accommodation is a studio. Two permanently closed doors including a landing (which allows a soundproofing) separate the two housing. If two couples want to come together, it is possible to open these two doors to have a large home and avoid the passage through the common areas to join.

For those who prefer to be downtown, the Bethencourt furnished accommodate you in studios DRC (25m²) or the 1st floor (23m²).

WIFI is free.

We do not rent by the night or the weekend. Rental from Saturday to Saturday.

Possibility to pay by check rather than by card upon booking, thank you to contact the owner. It is also possible to pay the deposit by check so it will be painless unlike a payment via the platform.

Rates and cancellation policy different when directly accessed by the site rental.

a nice 2 week stay in Dieppe

A clean, complete apartment located on a large garden just outside the center of Dieppe. Comfortable beds and a good shower. It is nice to relax in the garden. Had a few delicious barbecues. Ideal the private parking space on site. Nice owner, fast response time.

Appartement F1 spacieux et confortable dans une maison normande donnant sur un jardin fleuri équipé d'une table, chaises, parasol, barbecue, étendoir a linge... En sortant de la maison, l'avenue de la République descends directement sur la mer a 1 km environ.... Dieppe est une ville très vivante et sympathique... Je conseille la plage du puys, les promenades sur les falaises.... 20 sur 20 !

Le logement est très agréable, bien équipé, propre. Le coin jardin ainsi que la place de parking ne sont pas à négliger. Très calme, et proche du centre. De plus nous avons eu très bon accueil. Nous avons été agréablement enchanté par la région que nous ne connaissions pas. Merci à la propriétaire des lieux pour la brochures , spécifiant les diverses visites, les activités, ainsi que l histoire de Dieppe.

Location propre,bien équipée, calme.Le coin jardin est sympa. Tout est prévu si vous voulez faire un barbecue ou vous reposer. La place parking réservée est pratique. La location n'est pas très loin du centre-ville. Bon accueil des propriétaires qui n'hésitent pas à discuter avec vous. Une petite surprise à votre arrivée vous attend ! C'est toujours agréable !

appartement calme avec beau jardin

J'ai été très satisfaite par le logement et l'accueil de la propriétaire. L'appartement est joli, très propre et bien équipé. Le jardin est super agréable. L'accès est pratique pour visiter la région sans avoir à traverser toute la ville.
