Living room 20 m2 with fully equipped kitchenette. Room 11m2 with double bed. Bed linen on request. Bathroom + separate toilet. All shops in the village + swimming pool/permanent ice rink and wellness center 2 kms). 15 minutes from Dieppe or Le Tréport and 10 minutes from the Dieppe-Newhaven transmanche ferry.

Easy communication with the host but more so with his property manager/neighbour Leonore. She as very responsive to our needs. Overall rating is lower due to electrical issues. We were unable to run the toaster and coffee maker at the same time without the breaker needing a reset. The unit smells musty and feels damp so a dehumidifier might help since it is the basement of the owner’s home. Remote for the TV did not work although we don’t watch much TV. A 2nd chair would also be welcome since the couch is small. A chair is noted in the pictures but missing from the unit. Location is great especially the views. Not recommended for those with mobility issues since the area is very hilly. We enjoyed the cardio workout with our twice daily walks. Beautiful backyard area available as well.

Hi Nancy, very sorry for the electrical problem but it seems that it was a problem with the toaster. It has been replaced in due curse. It was not strange that the place was feeling damp because of the weather conditions. A good ventilation by opening the French window door might have solved the problem. Anyway. Prima, keurig appartement in het souterrain van een vrijstaand huis, vlakbij strand en kliffen. Snelle directe communicatie (met in eerste instantie een waarnemende buurvrouw)! Erg rustig in dit jaargetijde (januari) maar dat was gewenst en heeft ook zijn charme.

Goede locatie als uitvalbasis voor bezoeken

We hebben een prima week gehad in ons verblijf. Rustig gelegen nabij het strand. Parkeerplaats binnen het hek. Goede indeling van het verblijf. Erg schoon. Studio met aparte slaapkamer, badkamer en toilet. Alles aanwezig voor verblijf. Op de begane grond. En van de tuin mag worden gebruik gemaakt. Minpuntje de hoogte van het verblijf voor iemand van meer dan 1m90 (balk). Veel pluspunten.

Séjour agréable. Très bon accueil des hôtes Bernice et Philippe. Appartement conforme à l'annonce dans un environnement très calme avec en prime un beau jardin. Gemütliche Ferienwohnung, tolle Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist ausreichend groß, mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und konnten unseren Urlaub von der ersten Minute an genießen. Die Kommunikation mit Philippe war schon im Vorfeld sehr gut. An der Unterkunft wurden wir von der herzlichen Nachbarin empfangen die uns auch während des Urlaubs immer gerne geholfen hat. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Notre séjour a été très agréable un accueil sympathique de Dorothée avec en prime une bouteille de cidre local Le logement correspond à la description dans un secteur des plus calmes Mer à proximité et bien situé à proximité de Dieppe. Criel sur mer .Le Tréport. Pour les amateurs d'histoire un livre très intéressant (dans l'armoire à gauche) sur le périple du grand père de Philippe lors de la guerre de 14/18 Nous garderons un bon souvenir de notre séjour Location à recommander Annie et Sylvain de Lorraine

Ein Top-Domizil, für 2 Personen genau passend. Wir wurden von der Nachbarin Dorothee liebevoll empfangen + Cidre + frische Eier. Hatten den wundervollen Garten ganz für uns, Gartentor auf und einen tollen Meerblick. Die Lage ist optimal für Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Eine herrliche Region und wir kommen bstimmt wieder, natürlich zu Philippe.

Chillen unmittelbar am Meer

Sehr helles Apartment im Souterrain mit guter Ausstattung und nur einige Minuten vom Kiesstrand entfernt. Leider war der Vermieter selbst nicht vor Ort aber eine sehr nette Nachbarin hat uns alle wesentlichen Dinge gezeigt. Daher konnten wir den gesamten riesigen Garten alleine nutzen. Leider gibt es in der gesamten Wohnung verkleidete Rohre unter der Decke, was für Personen über 1,85 zu schmerzhaften Erinnerungen führen kann. Im Ort selbst gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch keine fußläufigen Restaurants, so dass jeweils das Auto genutzt werden muss. Insgesamt haben wir aber unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns gut erholt.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans cet appartement. Propre, fonctionnel et doté d'une bonne literie, il ne manque rien pour passer un bon week-end. Toller Küstenurlaub

Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt und hat eine tolle Lage nur 2 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Das Bad ist neuwertig renoviert und die Ausstattung bietet alles Wichtige für 2 Personen. Es gibt auch einen Backofen sowie eine Spülmaschine. Schön ist auch der abgeschlossene Innenhof, so dass man ungestört die Terrasse nutzen kann. Die Deckenhöhe in der Wohnung ist etwas niedrig, was uns nicht gestört hat. Menschen über 190 cm könnten aber anecken. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier.

Schöner Ort direkt am Meer

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber fein. Sehr schöne Dusche, Toilette extra. Wer mehr Platz gewöhnt ist, dem wird das Bett zu klein sein - 1,40 m x 2, aber wir haben prima geschlafen. Zudem ist noch ein Schlafsofa verfügbar. Am Haus ist ein schöner großer Garten, der mitgenutzt werden durfte. Internetanschluss ist vorhanden und ein Flachbildfernseher.

C'est une superbe maison située sur un terrain très bien entretenu, arboré et fleuri, un cadre magnifique en bord de mer. Cet endroit est d'un calme. Vous êtes reçus par une aimable personne, vous pourrez aussi , à l'occasion, faire connaissance avec les propriétaires, des gens simples, courtois et surtout très gentils.
