Garden Apartment T3 on the ground with a private garden in a secure park of several hectares with Mediterranean trees with access to fast walk to the sea (beach of the turtle). In the residence you have access to 3 swimming pools (one of 20 m, 10 m, and one for children)
The bright apartment is completely renovated with a modern open kitchen, new furniture and contemporary opens with windows overlooking the park. Its location is quiet and surrounded by nature (flowers shrubs and birds). It boasts a beautiful terrace quiet without opposite. A small walkway will allow you access to your home, no passing nearby vehicles. A parking lot will be reserved. For your comfort the bed linen, end stay cleaning and access to Canal + and internet are offered. A concierge is also on site. Pets are not accepted.

Surévaluation du logement et de l’emplacement

Très mauvaise literie Climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas dans les chambres portes fermées ! La 2ème chambre trop petite Il ne faut pas mettre que l’on peut se dispenser de la voiture (ou alors il faut préciser à moins d’être jeune ou en super forme) Et surtout préciser qu’il n’y a pas de siège à la piscine ! Ni le droit de mettre des matelas ! D’autre part une chambre étant en bordure de l’entrée, mon mari était réveillé tous les matins par ceux qui claquaient la porte ! Le prix n’était donc pas justifié !

Nous regrettons vos remarques non justifiées car nous avons répondu à toutes vos demandes pendant votre séjour internet climatisation .Vous avez été les seuls locataires à vous plaindre de la literie qui est neuve. L ensemble de nos locataires ont toujours été ravis de leur séjour il suffit de lire les autres commentaires .l accès aux commerces et mer se fait en 10mn à pied cdt

Très beau logement dans belle résidence

Le logement est spacieux et bien équipé, de nombreux rangements. Un très bon accueil nous a été fait à l arrivée. Résidence agreable et très calme, les piscines sont très bien entretenues et ne sont pas surpeuplées. De nombreuses plages à proximité, à privilégier celle de la pescade pour nous.

calme et repos

une superbe terrasse méditerranéenne, une climatisation adaptée, les informations indispensables à disposition, un équipement ménager satisfaisant ... il n y a plus qu a profiter des vacance le petit plus : quelques produits ménager et un aspirateur merci pour ces vacance

Bel appartement meublé avec goût que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Une impression de nature avec cette végétation méditerranéenne lors de nos repas pris sur la terrasse.... En cas de mauvais temps il faudrait rajouter 2 tabourets pour pouvoir manger à l'intérieur. Un rideau pour la petite chambre serait à envisager afin d'en préserver l'intimité ou le sommeil d'un enfant. A part ces petits détails c'est une location que je conseillerais bien volontiers, tout y est même le cadeau de bienvenue. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute.
