Great Scottsdale Getaway

We loved this place. Nice, private location, peaceful pool, amazingly comfortable pool furniture. The kitchen was perfect for preparing some home cooked meals. Close to restaurants. Great mountain biking a mile up the road. Chairs in front of the fireplace are so relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

Killer pool/hot tub/view, outstanding kitchen and location close to hiking and the Four Seasons for dinner. Having two washing machines was fantastic. Communication with the host was almost non existent which was not awesome and wish I had known about construction on both sides of the house but it wasn't too bad.

Wonderful long weekend in Scottsdale

My family of 4 stayed at this immaculate home for a long weekend this past March. The home is Architectural Digest quality inside and out. The pictures accurately capture the well kept, well cleaned, perfectly maintained home. It was a lot of space for 4 people. but that was out goal, to stretch out and relax. The pool and hot tub were great, and the pool heater did just the trick in March weather. The outdoor furniture was extremely comfortable, clean and luxurious. Particularly around the fire pit. The putting green was a lot of fun for kids and parents alike. If we ever come back to Scottsdale again, this will be the place we stay.

This property is exactly as described in the listing. The house itself was beautiful as is the backyard. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate for us to use the pool or outdoor fire but we did use the hot tub one afternoon. We would definitely consider renting it again - would certainly accommodate a larger group!

This was my second time staying at this Troon North gem. As before, it is a wonderful property with plenty of amenities. The entire property is A+. During both stays, there was literally not one thing that went wrong. Check-in/out is seamless and the owner is very responsive to questions. The pool/spa & fire pit are in working order and provided a great deal of enjoyment. You will not regret staying here!

Gorgeous Inside and Out

This is a breathtaking property from the moment you pull into the driveway! We were in town on a work trip and we found it hard to leave the property to go to work. In fact, one night we skipped a networking event to just stay in, order pizza and hang out in the hot tub. We also loved stargazing at night, sitting around the fire-it. Also, the bathtub in the primary bathroom is incredible, I never wanted to leave!

This house was beautiful and great for three couples, with ensuites in three rooms. The outside space was even better with a pool, spa, firepit, multiple sitting areas and a sunset every evening. Location was lovely and quiet, away from some of the busier areas of Scottsdale. Flint was very responsive to our questions. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!!!

While this house looks/sounds amazing in writing and in pictures, it absolutely blew us away in person! It is located in the beautiful Sonoran desert with a great desert view in all directions and especially from the back-yard. It’s a complete resort setup out back with the fire pit, hot tub, pool, putting green, comfortable chairs and couches, umbrellas, and pool toys. The kitchen was amazing with and had plenty of space for food and snacks for our large group. There’s a great pool table room that our teens had a blast in. The bedrooms and bathrooms are great, and the master is extremely spacious, comfortable, and high end. This was an all around amazing house, and we’d love to stay again the in future! The owner / manager was very thorough and clear in all of their communications and instructions.
