Private Luxury Estate on 5 acres of Property in the BEST part of Scottsdale!

Our fabulous estate home features city lights and beautiful Pinnacle Peak views as well as surrounding mountains views. The house is located in a very private exclusive area but very close to all the action with easy access to the freeways. Enjoy our resort style back yard which includes tennis court, Pickleball, basketball court, golf green, pool, spa and BBQ . There are also two fire pits and a fireplace at the outdoor ramada the backyard is fully fenced in.

The house is just minutes away from Grayhawk Golf Course and Troon North Golf. Just a short drive you can get you to some of the best shoppings in the country, Scottsdale Quarter, Kierland Commons and Fashion Square Mall. Along the way you can stop at Talking Stick Casino which also has the Top Golf driving range which is awesome. They also have two excellent courses.

Staid a week here, the value for money is great. Superb grounds and amazing morning & evening views. The outdoor space is great and the photos don’t do it justice. Golf hole, tennis court, great pool and plenty outdoor space to walk. Will visit again.

Wonderful stay…beautiful views

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Only negative is the back bedroom and bathroom need renavated; maybe could scale back on all the kitchen dishes and glasses. But location and outdoor area are beautiful and can’t be beat.

Great property that had it all.

A group of friends met to enjoy some tennis and swimming. We had a fantastic time. The property really did have everything... every piece of cookware and appliance you may need, great sheets and linens, plenty of towels, games, books, immaculate grounds, and a great view.

Anniversary Trip

My husband and I had a wonderful stay ! The place was exactly as described and had everything we could ever need. It's so peaceful and quiet and we loved relaxing outback in the afternoons. Close to so many attractions , we did quite a bit of sightseeing in the cooler mornings. We would definitely come back again and we think our kids would love the property too! Also the master bed is so comfortable! Can't wait to go back.

Scottsdale trip

The property was perfect for our family get away. It was very clean when we arrived and each room was spacious. The backyard was unbelievable. Hitting 80-90 yards to a green at the back of the property and then cooling off in the pool was great. The mountain views were spectacular. Look forward to visiting again.

Absolutely spectacular

Pristine, spacious and tranquil. The view is amazing and the sunrise and sunsets are breathtaking. The amenities are just as advertised and the pictures do not do the property justice. We wanted for absolutely nothing and the location’s proximity to hiking, shops, grocery and restaurants is superb.

Loved it - didn’t want to leave!

Absolutely amazing outdoor living space (with umbrellas - critical!) which was the most important attribute for us. We spent every waking moment outside enjoying it. The house is super too - roomy, great kitchen and everything you’d need. My one issue is the pool is a bit too chilly for me so I would (will!) heat it next time. Highly recommend!

Friends Golf Trip

Eight long term friends rented the house on Casitas Dr. for five days, The location is close to all the courses we like to play and convenient to grocery stores. We cook all our meals and the kitchen is well equipped for whatever we need. This house has a spectacular location , the skyline view is gorgeous , sunsets and nighttime citylights are enough to be a highlight. The huge property has at least two fire pits , the gas pit is the best for evenings with the sparkle of the city lights in the background . Cherrell ( property manager) is responsive and accessible , if required. We would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful place

It was cold (30s at night, 50 -60 day), but the sun and surroundings were wonderful. We hiked or visited art galleries each day, and always unwound in the evening in the hot tub which heated up nicely in 20 minutes or so. The pool itself was a beauty, but too cold to heat easily. We didn’t use any of the extensive sports offerings, but if I were to return with my kids and grandkids they would love it.The house was great except that we found the living room unwelcoming at night due to the current overhead lights. A few floor lamps would improve the ambiance. My only other quibble is that the shower cabinets were small for such an otherwise luxurious house.Cherrel was great, very responsive, easy to communicate with. Many good restaurants in Scottsdale, close by supermarkets. All in all a really good time.

Best location - No reason to leave - Has everything

We decided to ditch the Pacific NW January weather and visit this home a 2nd time. It was just as exciting and perfect as the first time. Like my title mentions , when you have a pool , hot tub , great indoor / outdoor kitchens , full size sport court , there is much need to go out as often. Granted we visted the zoo , did Top Golf over a period of 5 days , however we hung out at the home a majority of the time. The landscaping is immaculant and all of the rooms are furnished to the hill. We have stayed at ALOT of Scottsdale VRBO's and this is our favorite by far. Having a paved road all the way to the front door is a benefit in itself as most properties don't. Working with Cherrel made the trip stress free and very inviting. HIghly Recommend !

Birthday Weekend

I do not know where to start! Everything, absolutely everything was perfect! We had three beautiful, sunny days at this amazing location. Cherrel was an attentive hostess to say the least. When we arrived, we were greeted by a breathtaking view of the pool and the well-groomed grounds. Along with that, birthday ballons were waiting for the “birthday girl”. How thoughtful of you Cherrel! Above and beyond in every respect. The grounds, tennis court, swimming pool, hot tub and various gathering spots were used with delight. This was a dream weekend. We hope to repeat next year. Thank you Cherrel. You are wonderful!
