Welcome to an Oasis in the desert! This Tuscan inspired Villa is the epitome of what anyone would desire for a relaxing retreat in the desert.
This spacious home accommodating up to 8 people offering the perfect for resort style living with its 2 enclosed courtyards, fireplace, built in grill, lush landscape and much more. Enjoy the indoor/ outdoor ambiance this space had to offer with the folding door windows just off of the great room.
Fabulous resort style pool (can be heated for a fee) located in the back of home with access through the gated area just off of the courtyard.
The spa will accommodate uptown 8 + and is heated on demand (no extra charge)

Waste Management Phoenix Open

My wife, daughter and old family friends (7 people) spent 6 wonderful days in Scottsdale for the Waste Management Phoenix Open golf tournament. The house was perfect for our trip. The accommodations were outstanding and the location was perfect for us traveling to and from the WM golf event! The communication with the host and his assistant was easy and always quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again. It is a lovely home.

Excellent Christmas Vacation Home

The stay was phenomenal and exceeded our expectations. The home was clean, gorgeously decorated, cozy, and included a beautiful 12 ft Christmas tree in the family room. We had our family of six staying together and everyone had room to stay comfortably.

A nice home away from home-

Lovely home with lots of amenities!! Local manager is available and a great help if you have questions. Close to many great restaurants, good shopping, and fitness facilities. Neighborhood is terrific and we felt very safe. We will be back!

Easter weekend

We had five of us from different parts of the country fly in and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property. The host Michael was magnificent, helping us with a couple of mishaps.

Perfect Girls Weekend

This property was amazing. It was the perfect location for our girls weekend. Patrick was a fabulous host. He really helped us have the best time. The communication with Patrick was great- he was very responsive. The beds were super comfy and the courtyard was a popular place to hang out. The pool area was lovely. We would love to come back next year again for our girls weekend. Thank you Patrick!!!

Awesome House and Host

We had a mini-reunion with 4 couples. The house was perfect and did not disappoint. Plenty of room for all of us inside and out. The host, Patrick, and the property manager, Molly, were great and quickly responded to any questions prior to and during our stay. We needed a house that was completely scent-free, due to allergies, and Patrick went above and beyond to make sure the house was scent-free. We will be back!!

I want this house

I could ramble on and on but in short “stay here” .... before arriving all my friends were skeptical about this rental because it looks different than previous rentals we’ve stayed at. We walked in the door and instantly everyone’s tune changed. This house was perfect and this will no be my rental of choice for repeat business. Enjoy this

The house was amazing and my group of girls had a great time overall. The only reason I am not giving this property a 5 star is because the property manager was EXTREMELY rude and treated me like I was uneducated and ignorant because I called him regarding the spa not heating up. There were no instructions to operate the spa so I emailed him, not knowing it went directly to his phone. When he called me the next day he was rude and told me "It's not hard to figure out." and proceeded to hang up on me! I called him back and he stated that he would send his assistant Molly, who never came. Luckily we were able to figure out the spa and it was a great house, location and good time other than the poor qualify of customer service provided by Patrick.

Gorgeous property!

The photos do not do this property justice - the house is gorgeous - a HUGE amount of overall space and well spread out so that everyone has their own little place to call their own. Great communal living space to share, but also plenty of privacy if you wanted it. The kitchen and baths were well-stocked with just about anything you would need for your visit here. The sno-cone machine was an added bonus and helped us cool off on the hot afternoons. The courtyard was charming and would love to have been able to spend more time out there - will need to plan better and not go to Scottsdale in July. :-) The pool and hot tub were refreshing and we enjoyed having the speakers throughout the house. Communication was easy and prompt - property manager was very helpful with any questions that arose on our visit. Would love to stay here again.

only detractor from our stay was the construction going on in the lot adjacent to the property, which only was bothersome on 1 morning. once the construction has been completed this will not be an issue. Host was extremely attentive and a pleasure to work with throughout our stay.

Our stay was perfect! The house is amazing, the neighborhood is perfect and Patrick was awesome! The check-in and out process was seamless. We had some of the best sleep of our lives there. The mattresses were so comfortable and it was so quiet.

Great place, the pictures don't do it justice

This is a really nice and spacious property - the pictures just don't do it justice. The courtyard is a great place to hang out, take your meals, or just read a book.The host, Patrick, was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly every time. Would like to stay here again sometime soon.
