My home is close to the beach of La Marsa, the banks of Lake Tunis.
You will appreciate it for its comfort, its cleanliness, its clarity and also for calm.
It has a surface of 120 m2, you will be comfortable there.
It is perfect for couples, solo travelers and business travelers and is also suitable for couples with small children.

There is a caretaker in the residence.
The particularity of the apartment is its proximity to the banks of the lake where you will find restaurants and tea rooms plus a very nice walk around the lake for those who like to walk or run.
Also, it is located 15 minutes from Tunis Carthage airport.

Ottimo contesto residenziale con parcheggio privato custodito

L'appartamento è ben organizzato e confortevole. La cucina è meravigliosamente fornita di tutto. La location è perfetta per raggiungere Tunsi e altre zone di interesse turistico in poco tempo. Le caratteristiche dell'appartamento corrispondono perfettamente alla descrizione dell'annuncio. La sig.ra Dorra e suo fratello Mohamed sono molto professionali e li ringrazio ancora per il loro supporto e la loro disponibilità. La mia valutazione finale è assolutamente positiva.

J'ai passé les meilleurs jours de la vie dans cette maison

Séjours très agréable. La maison est très situé et bien entretenu. La description de l'annonce est vraiment correct. Et surtout la propriétaire est trèd sympa. Tous mes amis a été ravie de passer 6jours dans cette très belle demeure. Merci.

J'ai vraiment apprécié la communication avec le locataire, il a bien pris soin de la maison qu'il a laissée propre et ordonnée. Aussi, je suis ravie qu'il ait apprécié le confort et la propreté de l'appartement. Il revient quand il veut, il sera le bienvenu !

Très bel appartement bien situé

Très bon accueil des propriétaires, Appartement moderne, bien équipé (lave-linge, four micro-onde, four classique, vaisselle, chauffe-eau, baignoire et douche, lit confortable, télévision, frigo et congélateur, climatisation.....), propre, avec une place de parking sécurisé, situé dans un quartier calme, facile d'accès, à 15 minutes de l'aéroport, 15 minute de la Marsa et de Carthage et 20 minutes du centre ville. je recommande vivement.
