High Standing apartment in the new upscale Tunis
Housed in a new building, you will have at your disposal an area of 60m2, a spacious living room and large bedroom, both equipped with air conditioning and heating.
In addition, you will have a kitchen equipped with dishes and appliances (hood, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer) and a bathroom with tub and everything you need towels, sheets and towels.
Finally, you have a parking space in the basement to park your car safely.
As a token of excellence, my apartment is occasionally rented by the Swiss embassy for its staff on mission in Tunis - see receipt of rent among the photos.
