Luxury villa with private pool of 10m by 5m located in Ngaparou
Quiet, in a residence 400 m from the sea; 4 bedrooms each with its own bathroom.
Villa of 200 m2 on a property of 880 m2 you can enjoy a shaded terrace overlooking the pool.
All windows are fitted with mosquito nets as well as all beds.
Microwave, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, coffee maker and senseo.
Air conditioning in all rooms.
A Fatou is at your disposal to concoct good meals and for the maintenance of the villa (at the expense of the vacationer between 4000 and 5000 cfa depending on the number of people / day) at least three times a week.
Electricity is the responsibility of the tenant (meter of departure / arrival counter)
400 m away, shopping center, Auchan, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, hairdresser, bookstore, bakery and coastal clinic.
You can get to Saly by collective taxi for 200 cfa (0.30 euros) or private taxi 1000cfa (1.50 eur) where there are various shops, bars, restaurants, banks, nightclubs and casino.
