This property was not as advertised. Maintenance on the home is well overdue. Structural railings loose, inoperable doors, several broken chairs, falling cabinets, cleanliness and the list goes on. We called and emailed Resort Realty and only received a notification that they received my email and that management will contact me. I have heard nothing since. It’s a shame. House layout and location is great… just need maintenance, lots of it.

Beautiful

The area is beautiful!!! Needs some upgrades on broken items: plastic floor register grates. There were dirty underwear under a couple of the beds too.

Great Location, not the cleanest

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of this property especially during the pandemic. There were hand prints all over the sliding door and windows, the bathroom floors weren’t cleaned at all, the ceiling fans hadn’t been cleaned in months by the amount of dust accumulated as well as the televisions. We had to call management to have the cleaning crew come out again. After the third time we asked them to leave the cleaning supplies for us to do it ourselves. Disappointed we spent our first day of the trip cleaning the house after a 7 hour car ride. Aside from the house not being cleaned appropriately we enjoyed our stay.
