Short Stay

Everything I needed for my family was there. Although in the very beginning we had a hard time locating the property. But we found it. 🙂

It was "ok"

Just the facts. Upstairs toilet lid was detached. Downstairs toilet was very wobbly. Bath towels were smelly and very stiff, had to wash them. Master bedroom ceiling fan only worked in reverse. Spare bedroom blinds would'nt shut completely, I have a teenage daughter getting dressed in that room, not cool. Called the owner/manager and told him about the toilets so he knew they were broke prior to arrival and that we had to wash the towels bc they were pretty stiff and smelled. His reply was a simple "Ok, thanks". Weak vibe from host. Other than that the apartment was ok.

Solid place to stay!

The layout of the place was nice, with two separate BRs and a pull-out couch which was perfect for us 3 guys. The patio was a bit cramped to spend any time out there and the pool wasn't heated (45 degrees when we jumped in!). Nice spacious kitchen with all the appliances you need. The WiFi and TV need improvements to catch up to technology these days. We all had a great time, the location was very convenient to the HWY, but not much around within walking distance. We would stay here again due to competitive price, central location, and roomy place.

Located in Scottsdale, our townhome is centrally located near so many fun things. If you like hiking, we have some of the best trails just minutes away. If you enjoy paddle boarding, paddle boating or kayaking, Tempe town lake is just South of us. If you want to check out Top Golf, Indoor sky diving, the Talking Stick casino or the luxury movie theater - they are all 5 minutes away. Aquariums, zoo's, baseball stadiums, shopping and so much more!
