Authentic, cosy chalet for an ideal family holiday

Location and activities: Superb view over the Briançon valley, calm, tranquility, optimal comfort in a neat decoration.
In winter the chalet is 5 minutes drive from the car park of the gondola Prorel (Serre Chevalier). 10 'Nordic ski, toboggan runs and snowshoeing (Cervières Le Laus).
In summer the location is ideal for hikers (high and medium mountains) but also for cyclists (col de l'Izoard, Lautaret, Galibier ...), for triathletes (ideal training for the famous triathlon of Embrun), mountain bikers and trail runners (running countless trails and trail station nearby). And also water sports, tennis, water park (play pool, waterslide, sauna, steam bath), ice rink, spots via ferrata.
A 5 'walk (by the forest) park of Shappe (small lake and river, tree climbing for all ages, small playground).
A 2 'from the city center with cinema, restaurants, small shops and supermarkets.
We are also at 5 'of the Vauban city for those who wish to admire the collegiate, eat ice cream in the gargoyle and visit the forts.

Très beau chalet au calme avec une superbe vue sur la montagne. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le propriétaire qui nous a donné toutes les explications utiles. La décoration est très soignée et le chalet très bien équipé et il dispose de suffisamment de vaisselle pour les 8 personnes que nous étions à l'occuper. Il est également très propre. Nous avons très bien dormi dans les 4 grandes chambres et bien profité de la grande pièce commune ainsi que de la grande terrasse en bois et du jardin. Le chalet est très bien situé pour profiter de la ville de Briançon, des randonnées tout en étant au calme. Nous recommandons totalement.

Super vacances dans ce magnifique chalet très bien situé, confortable (très bonne literie), bien entretenu et spacieux.Tout est fourni, draps, serviettes, essuies vaisselle, ce qui est appréciable.On se sent très vite chez soi !A 5mn en voiture du centre de Briançon et nombreuses balades et randonnées accessibles. Petits chemins en forêt qui mènent directement à pieds au parc de la Schappe, au centre ville et aux differents forts.Propritaires sympathiques et à l écoute.Nous recommandons !!

Chalet confortable et très agréable

Tout a été parfait. Le chalet est spacieux, bien équipé, juste au dessus de Briançon. Carole est très agréable également, et n'hésite pas à donner des idées de balades.

Séjour familial à la neige

Tout simplement formidable ! Un hébergement splendide, décoré avec goût et très cosy. Pour la partie pratique, le chalet est très bien équipé, il ne manquait rien qu'il s'agisse de la vaisselle, des matériels de cuisine ou du linge (toilette, lit, torchon) ! Et pour compléter tout cela un accueil personnalisé, chaleureux des propriétaires qui nous attendaient et sont restés à notre écoute tout au long du séjour. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés ce petit bijou !

Christine et sa famille sont des hôtes particulièrement agréables et sympathiques que nous avons eu grand plaisir d'accueillir. Ce sont aussi des personnes très respectueuses du lieu et très soigneuses qui nous ont rendu un chalet impeccable. On recommande les yeux fermés !

Casa muy bonita y confortable, todo muy cuidado. En una zona de Briançon muy tranquila.

Todo perfecto. El anfitrión Philipe super amable y atento a todo lo que necesitamos. La casa muy bonita y cuidada, confortable, con unas vistas preciosas. Repetiríamos sin duda.

Magnifique séjour à la montagne

Carole est charmante, attentionnée et disponible pour les vacanciers. Notre séjour s’est très bien passé, le chalet est magnifique, très bien équipé pour nous 10. Frigo congélateur chambres salles de bains, un confort parfait pendant notre séjour d’une semaine. Merci encore pour tout et pour la disponibilité du chalet avancé de quelques heures pour nous permette d’installer les enfants après cette longue nuit de route

Nice house, nice terras, nice vieuw

The house was big enough for 6 persons. It has a large terras with many tables and chairs. The bathrooms are a bit small, but they have everything you need. The kitchen needs work. The oven and heaters are a bit old and not enough space if you want to cook for 6. But there is enough space in the room besides the kitchen to put your own things. All the rooms are very cosy. And you get some friendly visitors (cats and dogs from the neighbourhood).

Parfait !

L'accueil par les propriétaires a été chaleureux. Les explications sur le chalet ont été extrêmement claires et précises. La petite attention lors de l'arrivée est très gentille. Le suivi et les échanges, tant avant notre arrivée que pendant notre séjour, ont été chaleureux. Je recommande chaudement ce joli chalet à Briançon.
